Bit disappointing
I started a claim with the company is end of September. Just got the payment but if I know instead of €400 I will bet only €260 I would never contact them. Also 0 communication. When I sent an email I might receive an answer but out of it I get no update at all. Once to complete the bank details form and when the payment made. Definitely not using them in the future.

All messages sent by you were answered within less than 24 business hours, in line with our internal response standards. During the claim process, updates are sent whenever there is a relevant development or when additional information is required from the client.
Regarding the compensation amount received, please note that no professional service in this industry is free of charge. AirClaim’s fee is fully transparent and clearly stated on our website as well as in the representation agreement, which is accepted prior to starting the claim. The fee is 29% + VAT and covers operational costs, specialized staff, communication with the airline, and legal actions where necessary.
Without our involvement, many airlines refuse or significantly delay compensation payments. We are nevertheless pleased that your claim was successfully resolved and that the compensation was paid.
