I'm happy with the colaboration with Air claim. They helped me with the delayed flight compensation quite quickly. Anytime when I had question, Air Claim responded fast and the lady with which I spoked was very helpful and nice.

Go through the airline directly…rip off

Almost 6 months to receive compensation despite the airline paying it out to Airclaim over 3 months ago which was not worth it due to the amount of money Airclaim take.
Go to the airline directly if you feel you should be payed compensation.

I’m incredibly impressed with AirClaim

I’m incredibly impressed with AirClaim! After spending months going back and forth with other companies and getting absolutely nowhere, AirClaim managed to recover my money in just one month. Their communication was clear, the process was simple, and they actually delivered on what they promised. I only wish I had found them sooner. Highly recommended!

Unresponsive and therefore damaging!

I started a claim with them, pretty soon I got an automated email mentioning the claim could not got forward: I didn't create an account, did not get a case number, no human interaction - just an automated reply.

Then I started the same process with a different company - way more reactive - who contacted the airline, the airline responded that I need to have a written confirmation from airclaim that they closed the cased.

So I reached out to airclaim again, asking for such a document, and didn't get any reply: so I lost my refund.

NEVER AGAIN!

Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear that your experience felt negative. However, we would like to clarify some important details based on the official documentation received from the airline.

In your case, we received a direct response from Norwegian clearly explaining why the compensation claim was rejected. According to Norwegian, flight D83541 (AMS–CPH) on 04.10.2025 was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, classified as extraordinary circumstances under EU Regulation 261/2004.

Here is an excerpt from the airline’s official response:

“This disruption was caused by adverse weather conditions… we’re unable to honour your claim as this flight was cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances. This is in accordance with EU regulation 261/2004.”

This means that legally, no claim-management company — regardless of which one you choose — can obtain compensation in such circumstances.

Regarding your later request for a closure document, please note that we provided you with the official response from the airline, which serves as the formal closure and explanation for the refusal. We regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding communication, but your case was never “lost”; it was simply not eligible for compensation according to European legislation.

We remain at your disposal for any further clarification.

Sunt seriosi si corecti

Sunt seriosi si corecti, mie mi-au obtinut compensatia de la Turkish.
Ce trebuie mentionat este ca a durat cam din iunie pana in noiembrie 2025, inteleg de la ei ca procesul este anevoios si tergiversat de companiile aeriene.
Au raspuns mesajelor de follow-up, mi-au explicat procesul, au fost politicosi.

Aircliam stole my money

I filed a claim ACZ69384 with Airclaim about a year ago for a delayed Air Transat flight from Rome to Toronto. Air Transact says they paid Airclaim 1200 euros on my behalf. Airclaim says they did not get funds from Air Transat. Air Transat sent them proof of payment. Now Airclaim claims they don't know me and have gone silent. Wont answer emails and will not call. In my view and it is my belief that Airclaim did receive and kept my 1200 euros.

This review contains incorrect information.

The compensation for case ACZ69384 was successfully obtained, and the net amount of EUR 785.88 was paid directly to the client’s bank account, which can be verified.
The difference between the gross compensation and the amount received represents the contractually agreed service fee.

The 1-star review was posted solely because the client refused to pay any commission, despite the case being successfully resolved.

We firmly reject the allegation that AirClaim retained funds unlawfully. All payments are fully documented and transparent.

Am avut un zbor cu întârziere de 3 ore

Am avut un zbor cu întârziere de 3 ore, dacă nu vrei să îți bați capul și să faci singur cerere de despăgubire către compania aeriană, AirClaim este o solutie buna. Am cateva lucruri de adăugat totusi, chiar dacă procesul de completare a formularului a fost rapid și a mers totul in regulă, comunicarea din partea echipei AirClaim a lăsat de dorit, am primit un mail de confirmare în ziua în care am făcut cererea de despăgubire, încă un mail la o săptămână distanță în care comunicau faptul ca se ocupă de cererea mea apoi timp de aproape 12 luni nu am mai primit nicio veste. A fost nevoie să îi contactez eu și să întreb care este statusul cererii mele pentru a primi informația ca aceasta a fost acceptată și să le furnizez datele contului pentru a îmi fi virați banii. De asemenea țin să menționez ca a fost oprit un procent de 50% din suma, pe scurt eu am ramas doar cu jumatate din banii pe care i-as fi primit daca ma ocupam sa fac singură despăgubirea. În zborul întârziat am fost 3 pasageri, prietenele mele au făcut pe cont propriu demersul de a își primi compensația și au primit suma completă în câteva săptămâni de când au făcut plângerea.

Buna ziua,

Vă mulțumim pentru feedback și ne pare rău că experiența privind comunicarea nu a fost conform așteptărilor dumneavoastră.

Dorim totuși să clarificăm câteva aspecte:

AirClaim nu a reținut 50% din sumă, ci un comision de 29% + TVA, adică aproximativ 34% din compensația totală, conform condițiilor acceptate la semnarea mandatului.

În data de 24 noiembrie 2024, v-am trimis o notificare prin e-mail pentru a ne transmite datele bancare necesare plății, însă nu am primit un răspuns la acel moment.

Durata soluționării depinde în mare măsură de termenele de răspuns ale companiilor aeriene, care pot varia considerabil în funcție de fiecare caz.

Ne bucurăm că dosarul dumneavoastră a fost finalizat cu succes și că ați primit despăgubirea cuvenită. Apreciem observațiile oferite și vom continua să ne îmbunătățim comunicarea cu clienții noștri.
