O companie care lupta pentru drepturile noastre. Am aplicat cu ajutorul acestei companii la despagubire pentru întârzierea unui zbor.
Am fost foarte bucuroși ca am primit desoagubirea

Am avut un zbor Wizz Air întârziat cu 5 ore și am apelat la AirClaim pentru ajutor. Procesul a fost foarte simplu — am completat formularul online, iar echipa lor s-a ocupat de tot. Am primit despăgubirea cuvenită fara stres.Sunt foarte mulțumită și recomand cu încredere tuturor celor care au avut zboruri întârziate sau anulate!

Presenté un reclamos de 4 pasajeros porque nos retrasaron un vuelo por más de 4 horas. Me enteré por un reel que existía airclaim y presenté mi reclamos y todo muy bien. Me confirmaron que se había presentado el reclamo y luego que había sido aceptado y finalmente cerca de dos mes nos hicieron el pago correspondiente. Todo en orden y muy claro.

Rapid în preluarea reclamației de la compania aeriană care au răspuns în numele nostru și eficient în obținerea despăgubirilor de la aceasta. Am economisit multă muncă/timp și, în final, comunicarea cu noi a fost clară și promptă. Aș apela din nou la serviciile AIRclaim dacă apar probleme similare cu despăgubirile pentru anularea zborurilor sau întârzierea lor.

Procesul poate dura în jur de 3 luni dar cu bine am primit despăgubirea. Am rămas mulțumit eu și cei 4 prieteni cu care am zburat

I make a claim 2 times never don't get noting back from them don't make calim whit them i think they get the money end not pay you!!!!

I have claimed for my compensation on 3rd of January, after that haven’t heard a word from them for 6 months, then in June I’ve asked them regarding my case, they answered that the case is still on, and after one more mail from me they keep ignoring.But two of my friends, that were on the flight already got their compensation trough other firm.
Wouldn’t comeback or recommend this company to no one.

I have not received compensation for 1 year. The airline said they would transfer the money to them, but they did not contact me to transfer the money!

I forgot to add one document to my claim and without that document they didn’t submit a full claim to the airline and now they don’t respond to me after I constantly tell them that they missed something.

They were good to drag me into being their client and now they don’t even bother to listen to me.

Really happy with the service, clear communication all the way and very easy to work with, I would definitely use them again if I ever face another flight issue.

It's been nearly 1 year since I made a claim and they keep asking me for the same documents that I've already sent.

Choose other companies for these claims. I do not recommend them.

Airclaim exceeded expectations, even though the waiting period was a bit long, they handled all the communication with the airline and I received the compensation with no hassle.
