No responses

I tried to use their services to get my money back from the Swiss airlines. However, there is no contact from airclaim, no responses to emails, nothing.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. IT'S WASTE OF TIME.

Reply for the company: I was eligible for the recompensation but airlines lied to you and you just didn't care anymore. You didn't reply to any email later.

PLEASE, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE USELESS.

I do not recommend this company at all

I do not recommend this company at all, my friend have had 3 flight compensation claims, 1 they did through the Airline and they gave me the money after 5 days, through Airclaim it takes a month for them to approve the compensation and another month for the payment, they will never do it through them again. Last year they did it through AirHelp and it also worked very quickly and effectively. I don't know what they do with the Little money from the people because the Airline paid them over a month ago and the Money was not send. Besides, they are not friendly when answering emails and they do not inform of anything. The Reviews are answered in 10 minutes and an email in weeks?
They had to contact them to complain through Facebook and Messenger, it was the only way someone from the company answered, what a disgrace.
ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THEY JUST PAID 261€ OUT OF 400€, THEY KEPT 140€, AND THEN THEY CHARGE IT AS COMMISSION, A TOTAL ROBBERY, A DAMN SCAM!!!!
Aside from all this, once the money was paid, they contacted the family again, telling them to remove all the Reviews they had written if they were not going to charge a commission for the third flight, since the Family themselves had obtained the real compensation directly from the airline.

You applied for compensation with us on July 13, 2025, and within 37 days the compensation was already transferred to your account.

According to EU Regulation 261/2004, the compensation applicable in your case is 400 EUR.

As clearly stated in our Representation Contract and also visible on our website in the Price List section, our service fee is 29% + VAT. This fee applies to all clients, worldwide.

From the awarded compensation of 400 EUR, after deducting the contractual commission, you received 261,96 EUR directly in your bank account.

We understand your frustration, but please note that our work involves legal and administrative steps with the airline, and our team cannot provide these services for free. The commission is standard, transparent, and always communicated before we start representation.

Nulla che non potete fare da voi

Mi ero affidato ad AirClaim in quanto la risposta della compagnia aerea non era soddisfacente. Nella mail di presentazione AirClaim ha detto che avrebbe fatto tutto il possibile per sostenere i miei diritti, ed invece si è limitata a girarmi la risposta della compagnia, la quale era la stessa che avevo ricevuto anche io precedentemente.

Ci teniamo a precisare che l’indennizzo, in base al Regolamento (CE) n. 261/2004 e successive modifiche, non viene concesso da AirClaim, bensì dalla compagnia aerea – in questo caso, Turkish Airlines. Il nostro ruolo è quello di assistere i passeggeri e di valutare ogni caso in base alla documentazione disponibile e alla normativa vigente.

Nel suo caso specifico, dopo un’attenta analisi, la risposta fornita dalla compagnia aerea è risultata conforme al regolamento e, purtroppo, non vi erano i presupposti legali per ottenere un risarcimento. Per questo motivo, non è stato possibile procedere oltre con l’azione.

Siamo dispiaciuti che le sue aspettative non siano state soddisfatte, ma le assicuriamo che ogni pratica viene gestita con la massima serietà e nell’interesse dei passeggeri.

Rimaniamo a sua disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore chiarimento.

The company is only taking your time and do not do anything on behalf of his clients.
They failed to defend my right for the compensation and they turned out to be a scam company.They never answer the mails on time and never give accurate information.Be aware of this so called company and stay away if you do not wish to feel disappointed

AirClaim assists passengers in claiming compensation under EU Regulation EC261/2004, but the final decision is made exclusively by the airline, not by us. In your case, we submitted the claim properly and followed all necessary procedures. However, the flight in question was affected by the war in Israel and the subsequent closure of Tel Aviv airport, which is legally considered an extraordinary circumstance under European law.

Here is the official response we received from Iberia:

"Dear Collaborator,
We are writing in response to the claim submitted to your Office by Mr. Metin Varon, Ms. Iryna Varon and Ms. Ester Margaryta Varon regarding flight I21871 on June 08th 2025.

After checking our systems we have to inform you that the flight of the complaint was cancelled due to the war in Israel and the consequent closure of Tel Aviv airport.

Since this was an extraordinary circumstance for which Iberia was not responsible and which made the normal operation of our flights impossible, passengers are not entitled to compensation under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.

Sincerely,
Iberia Customer Center – Legal Department."

Therefore, your statement that “we did nothing” is false. We acted on your behalf and defended your rights, but unfortunately, not all flights are legally eligible for compensation. Accusing us of being a “scam” company is both unfair and defamatory.

Excellent!

My flight from Italy to Romania was delayed by 3 hours in January 2025. I made a request to Airclaim and waited 5 months as mentioned in the contract. After 5 months I emailed them and they sent me the payment form in order to proceed with the bank transfer. After 30 days I emailed them again and received the payment the same day. Everything was pretty clear and smooth, I am satisfied and will reach out again in case of need. Definitely recommend!

Unable to even get a response

My long-distance KLM flight got canceled by the airline and I asked Airclaim to take care of this. I have been waiting now for 16 months and they weren't even able to get a response from the airline. Will definitely not give them my next case.
