Company legit. They do take 30% but I still had the remaining sizable amount deposited to my account after they fought on my behalf for four months. Flight delay was 12 hours at Oakland, California. I believe they are providing a valuable service for people who don’t have the time to wrestle with airline companies like myself. Five stars.

This company is excellent. Great customer service, communication and timeliness. Although the company takes 30% as commission, I didn't even mind, because we never would have known that we were entitled to compensation otherwise. The company let us know of our eligibility while we were delayed more than 4 hours due to 'technical reasons' from EWR to FCO. They told us the claim would take 4-6 weeks to process (it took 5 weeks), they told us it would then take an additional 2-3 weeks to get the compensation from the airline (it took 2 weeks), and then they transferred the money to our accounts through a secure online portal. Our flight from NY to Fco Was delayed for 4 ours, we were waiting at the boarding gate sleeping in the ground when an AirnSquare employee showed up and presented us the contract.
Whitin 2 month we recived good compensation.
