We are a medium size professional services company who has been a client of alldayPA for over 10 years now. The service we get from them is really good & professional. Any occasional issues we have their customer services team deal with quickly & efficiently. Highly recommend them as we have also tried a few others with our other branches but alldaypa has a higher quality & is much more price effective.

Poor services. Ridiculous charges.
Literally ran and charged my credit card 1 hour after I cancelled thier service.
This service will damage your business.

I strongly recommend money penny. Even though it’s more expensive it’s a much better quality. These guys must be working out of a toilet or something. That’s how bad it is.

They also contacted me and promised to refund my fee if I deleted this negative review. You can guess how the outcome

Vicky really helped resolve the initial teething issues we had. She spent a lot of time trying to get things right and we did get there.

An extremely disappointing and terrible experience – they consistently deviate from the agreed-upon terms. Unjust charges persist without providing transparent evidence, and even upon requesting service termination, they continue to charge without delivering the service. This appears to be indicative of a dubious business practice; I strongly advise avoiding this company. it sounds like a scamming company

Sue and the team are brilliant, taking care of all our sales calls letting us do what we do best. Would highly recommend as an outsourced PA serivce.

I have been a client for over 10 years. I am happy with the way All Day PA work. On the very few occasions we have had any issues, managers have been really proactive to understand what went wrong with the call and have worked closely with us to improve the scripts used.

We use allday pa as a human answering machine. They take messages and we can then call our clients back with all their account details to hand and no one is disturbed from their work. Saved us time and gives our clients a more human service.

UPDATE: I had gone with another company due to the below but I have to say that, once he was aware of the situation, the Head of Customer Service, Gareth Jeffrey, was amazing and did his very best to rectify things and tempt me back! Had I not already committed to another company I would have probably given AllDayPA the benefit of the doubt!
Paid an initial sum up front prior to onboarding which never happened. Numerous appointments made for contact from the company but none were honoured and eventually I decided enough was enough and asked for the money to be refunded. Their response was OK I'll get the finance department to action that. A month later, no money refunded. When I tried to contact the person I had dealt with, I got an obviously overseas call centre response who had difficulty understanding me. I gave the extension number I required and after some time she came back to say that they were not available (surprise, surprise!). I asked them to give the me the name and contact details of someone in authority, to which they took my number and said someone will be in touch - that was a week ago. Why are a company that purports to provide a professional, English call answering service, using a foreign company to answer their own calls???? An appalling way to run a business.

I have used all day PA for 5 years off and on phil Williams is my account manager. I have got several disabilities meaning I need extra help phil understands them well and he's always able to get the enquiries actioned and delt with in a quick and professional manner

Without phils support I wouldn't be able to do most of things I need to do so thanks phil from one professional to another thank you for helping me and showing me how to use all day pa app and being very understanding very highly recommended

Moved from a different service due to cost. So far so good

I have used all-day PA since 2007 when my business was just me and my wife and getting the odd call to us getting 1000s of calls 15 years later with 70 staff in our business.

All day PA has been a massive part of our business growth . They are an extension of our business. The management team, Gareth in particular, worked tirelessly to respond to and sort out issues.

Reuben is a hands-on CEO with a good heart not sure if he will want me to say this, but when my business was in trouble, he was one of the few people that gave me support and practical advice, plus some financial terms until we got back on our feet.

I highly recommend AllDayPA.

I signed up for ADPAs call answering service when setting up my business. They were extremely helpful and were able to set up a local landline number for me too. Information regarding how much they would charge for setting up the number, the DD amount each month and any possible additional costs should the number of minutes they spent answering calls for me go over the amount I signed up for. They made me aware that I would need to provide them with 90 days notice.

They DID NOT however, inform me that if I were to ever end my contract with them (per the 90-day notice period) that the business number they set up for me (and I paid for) WOULDNT ACTUALLY BELONG TO MY BUSINESS. I am now left with marketing materials, businesses, and clients with a number that I do not own and am not able to obtain?? I purchased this number, but now they can just sell it to someone else? This is going to cause my business so much damage and financial losses as a result of a complete lack of clarity where, arguably, it matters most!!

Avoid - clear on some aspects, extremely misleading and damaging in others, NOT AT ALL worth the risk.

When trying to resolve this over the phone, their staff were not able to help or able to put me through to the correct department. I am yet to have a call back about any of this since providing my notice in December 2022.

I was recommended AllDayPA by a couple of colleagues and have to say that I can see why they came so highly recommended. I dealt with Phil Williams from the Sales team, very helpful, supportive, very quick to reply to my queries and messages, couldn't have asked for more. Once the service was set up, it worked flawlessly. I received my messages quickly, all with full details of the call, everything exactly as it was supposed to be. I've used other services such as this, but AllDayPA is perhaps the best one I've used so far. Definitely worth contacting them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Really quick and efficient to setup account. Professional service.

I tried it for one month; receptionists were awful! Plus they took almost 2minutes to answer the phone! So I cancelled in writing after TWO WEEKS and they STILL have not cancelled the automatic card payments from there end!! I’ve obviously raised the issue with my bank but it seems this company plan to just keep taking payments each month!! I’m definitely not just going to let that happen and will use every available avenue to expose them if they dare try to!! AVOID !!

The Team are amazing, Joss Holt and Phillip Williams are amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful. They listened to my business requirements and tailored my package to suit my business needs whilst offering me options for the future. All day PA are definitely part of my team.

I would recommend All-day PA without a doubt.
