It works when it works
Ive had my first issue with Alldaypa. A message with a wrong number (which is why it's not a 5 star). Sue from customer service managed to get the right number for me, it was a pain in the neck but after sue explained that the only check the pa had was to repeat the number back, I do get it
4 months, god knows how many calls and only 1 wrong number. I can live with that

Great company for pay as you go however I feel they should allow us Pas you go clients to use the app as well as it's easy to get messages when out and about if that was added to pay as you go it could be a 5 star

Three years and counting .....
We have been using allday PA for more than three years now and they have been amazing.
Our latest experience with them has encouraged me to write this review; we experienced a small hiccup a week ago in the messages we were receiving, I called up customer services and happen to talk to Paula Witton, an extremely pleasing lady to talk to and very professional, not only did she resolve the problem but it was noticed that after a day the whole system of sending messages was tweaked so as to avoid similar concerns again. This is what professionalism is all about, not only solve the problem but to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Avoid!!
Poor customer service. When they answered the phone my customers gave feedback that they felt they were unprofessional. Also tried to remove my review due to the feedback left. I would not use again

The alldayPA account which this relates to has an annual renewal associated with it. As the account had not been closed, the auto renewal was attempted but was not successful. The auto renewal is part of the terms of service and is generally discussed prior to activating the account. We have taken steps internally to ensure that we do not attempt to take any further payments from you.
We are genuinely sorry that you did not feel that the service was great and we would welcome the opportunity to change the initial impression.
