Excellent initiative. We had to have an extractor fan installed in the bathroom at no cost. Then the cavity wall insulation. Both lots of workmen were efficient and tidy. We are so pleased to have this done and at no cost. With rising energy costs this can only be a good thing and a selling point when the time comes. Organising it was easy and a couple changes on date was no problem. Nice to have a service that runs smoothly and efficiently for a change.

I can’t comment on their work but their drivers are absolutely rubbish parking in our road completely blocking the public footpath, this is totally unacceptable as well as being dangerous..Registration number WR72 JXH in Ashford….

I had a chap called Lee Bailey from the Chelmsford depot come to my house to carry out the survey! Couldn’t have been a nicer chap, was very polite and informative about everything and what he was going to do and why he was doing it. A real asset to the company!

Absolutely brilliant from the outset. The gentleman who came to do the survey was great, explained everything perfectly and in detail, Melanie in the office was fantastic at every stage, the guys who came out to do the electrical/vent work were fast, clean and tidy in their job as well as friendly and then Craig (I think that was his name!) who came to fit the insulation was amazing, his work ethic was staggering, especially in the heat we’ve had recently. Again nothing was too much trouble.
I would have absolutely no qualms about referring friends and family to these guys.

I was very pleased with the work by A and M energy solutions. They carried out a quick and careful survey and did all the filling out of forms for the grant under the Great British Insulations scheme for me. It was a painless process. They even threw in a free kitchen fan and trickle vents for my existing double glazing to meet the government requirements. The cavity wall insulation itself was carried out speedily and to a good standard ( with recycled plastic fibres). I am very pleased with the results. The boiler in winter is now running about 30% less than normal and I am making significant savings on my heating bills. They also provided all the necessary paperwork which would be useful if the house was sold in the future and of course for EPC certificates. I would certainly recommend this company and their employees to anyone looking for insulation, most especially if they are planning to go down the government grant route ( which not all insulation companies do).

We had cavity wall insulation installed in our property. We were really impressed with the initial contact from the office team (Dan & Guy) who coordinated all the visits, there were 5 in total so quite a few logistics to deal with! They were polite & accommodating & very professional. The surveyors arrived on time and carried out a thorough job with clear expectations set. Carl then carried out the installation. Carl was efficient (job done in 2hrs), extremely polite, courteous and very helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Had loft insulation installed and firstly a good price and excellent communication to book me in and work carried out as agreed with no complications. So very pleased with the Cardiff depot for the work and my experience in dealing with them. Jeff P.

Not without issues but handled perfectly.
Had cavity wall insulation and required 2 extractors and vents to 3 windows. On day of installation the cavity wall guys were there before the electrician and had to borrow a van as theirs had broken down, they didn’t have the necessary to do the window vents but said would call the office and advise and chase up the electricians, cavity wall went smoothly, Electricians duly arrived later same day and extractors installed. Had email from the office asking for information and I mentioned the window vents, they contacted me immediately to book this in to be done, on day of appointment no show at time booked so contacted the office who again called me back immediately with an update and advised of delay with previous job and gave me a revised time. They have now completed everything. We all run into snags and delays but when this happens and you can see that someone is doing their level best to get it resolved, you can’t ask for more. I had three different teams of two come to my address for these jobs and all 3 teams were extremely courteous, polite and friendly, they all carried out their roles cleanly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them as a company and their office manager Daniel is a delight.

Very good and efficient service. A surveyor was out to us in under two weeks and two weeks later the installation was complete. The installer was very good. The office staff were very helpful and responsive and all information and guarantee was issued very quickly. I would recommend this company and have done to others.

Cannot speak highly enough of the insulation service received today from A&M Energy Solutions. From the initial doorstep visit with Maria, the surveyor Carl and the wonderful insulators Carl & Jarrod. All were extremely polite and professional. The insulation itself was completed within 2 hrs and the entry into the walls were plugged and colour matched to the brick and render. Area washed down after. BIG thank you ☺️

Great service from A&M Insulation, Carl the cavity wall technician talked me through and explained the whole process. His attention to detail was amazing, he even used his own mortar colouring to match my walls.
He left making sure all was clean and tidy.

Excellent service from quotation to invoice following loft insulation. Having been ripped off by Advance Home Solutions several months ago I approached A & M Energy Solution who were very caring, understanding and supportive. Gave a very competitive quote, the works were completed yesterday to a high standard, very nice guys who left no mess on leaving. Thank you so much.
