Great customer Service! Phoned to update me on my order and offered anticipated delivery information with the added bonus of the the fact that they will follow-up again to let me know the status of my order closer to delivery. This communication was initiated by them.....impressive.

Ordering process was simple and easy to follow. Justin contacted to let me know what was happening with my order. Just got a email from Federal express explaining all the details of my order. Shipping should be less then a week.
I can’t say anything about the product until I get to see it working.

The product's function works great, however there are some troubling aspects I am discovering now that I own the product. First, the product did not come with an installation guide, which for a self-installed product was unacceptable.
From an installation video I found after a determined search online, I was able to, with great difficulty, install the product. During this time I called technical support for help, however after one week, I have still not had a response. This is also unacceptable.
During the install, it was discovered that two handles were defective. The left swivel handlebar was cracked and footrest control broke off on first use. These must have been damaged in handling. I called and left a voice message for support and after a week, I am still waiting for a call back.

BEWARE of this company! "Sales" on top of everything ..UNTIL they get your order and the money - then the service is non-existent. It took two months after the promised date to receive the Dumb Waiter. They told me they had already sent off the order - when in fact the order had not even been submitted. There was NO support for the installation. The key for the interlocks did not come. The plug for the interlocks was the incorrect plug. The dumb waiter has run 8 times - today it does not work - GOOD LUCK trying to get any service. I bought through the US branch - when I placed the order they did not tell me there was a Canadian branch that I could order this item through and that the item was made in Canada. I therefore paid exchange and shipping in US dollars to a Canadian address. The only lifeline has been the Canadian representative (who I since discovered) who has been a great support. Product made by Atlas seems to be sturdy and good quality but DO NOT PURCHASE through Ameriglide U.S.A. if you need any service at all!!

Your representative was rude. His attitude speaks volumes of your company. He needs to get more training or get into a career that fits him best.

Maybe a job at Walmart will humble him.

Roger at AmeriGlide was very pleasant, professional and helpful. He answered all of my technical questions very thoroughly, took down required measurements over the phone, and immediately prepared an order for me with all the correct dimensions and options. He took my credit card information and within minutes I received a paid receipt and order confirmation. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Great service - thanks Roger!
