The installation went very smooth, except the installers forgot to put in two major bolts along the support. They came out promptly to fix that and do some further adjusting. It works like a gem. What a great unit, so easy to get on and off and so smooth. I welcome it and will even more so in the future. It's a very fine unit, and I'll get years and years of welcome assistance from it.

We can't get over how it is such a quiet ride. It couldn't be easier to get up from the chair one it reaches the stop of our stairs.

Great service from the installer, a real nice guy. My wife loves them both. Will be a life saver with her upcoming surgery. We got one outside and one going into the basement. Only had them a few weeks, so far so good. They have a really a smooth ride and very quiet. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a chair.

I purchased Bruno elite. I would give this product a five star except for the footstool. I am a short woman and cannot reach the footstool unless it’s just tippy toe with shoes. It would be better if they had an extension capability also the handle to lower the footstool is difficult to use. It is easier to use it manually. Otherwise this product is very sturdy. Was installed quickly. I like the remotes because I am still able to walk up and down the stairs. I have used this to transport grocery bags or heavy items.

Great Technician, honest and straight forward. The lift is quite with the track taking us less space than other lifts.

Quick clean and professional

We purchased a Bruno Chariot approximately just over a year ago. We have used it for local driving only. We have used the unit probably not to exceed 20 times. A huge component of the unit (actuator) went out. Bruno sent a new one to our medical supply business that we purchased the Chariot from. Bruno covered the cost of the actuator, but not the labor. We spent 6k on this unit, and it is less than a year old, and they did not even cover labor on their warranty. After we received the unit, we learned that Bruno says do not exceed 65 mph with the unit. That just killed all the planned cross country trips we were going to take with the unit. So, they might be a good company, and the main gripe is not covering labor for a warranty replacement. Very disappointed in them for this. We will most likely sell the unit in the coming months and take a loss on it, just to get rid of it.

first the salesman Kevin was extremely helpful in explaining how the lift would work and the installer Jarrod was very professional and knowledgeable in showing me how the lift operates and stayed with me until I was comfortable with the foot plate adjustable and the operation of the lift.
All in all a great experience!

Took several estimates on stair lift manufactures and installation companies. I settled on Bruno with their selection, sturdiness, warranty, and reputation. I've been happy from day one. This stair lift has completely changed the quality of my wife's life!
