My experience was Amer glide was great. I doubt with Craig. He made everything smooth and easy. He knew his job do it. Well I gave him a five because that’s all they love me but to me he was a 10 very polite very courteous downright good. I would order through that company again. everything was handled fast and smooth.

Quality product at a fair price
Quality product at a fair price. The product was ordered online Sunday evening, so I made a follow up call on Tuesday to verify the order. I had no trouble in reaching real people who were very helpful and went over the order with me to make sure I had ordered everything that I would need to install the Rave 2. I received a text the next day stating that the order had been processed and would be shipping soon. I received an email by Wednesday evening with a UPS tracking number. 5 Star Service!!

The 17 Steps! Starring Rave 2 Much.
Took just a moment to get connected to the sales person- he was very knowledgeable and helpful in talking through our 17 step straight stairway application. We were very serious about getting this going quickly & are doing our own installation. The price was reasonable so we ordered it. Expecting to see the Rave 2 unit in about 5 days via UPS. Lift chair purchased and use for one year for handicap teenager.
We purchased our lift chair approximately one year ago. Fairly easily to install. I did have to watch videos and read the instructions as well. There are a few parts of the instructions that did not seem to correlate with the videos and how the installation proceeded. However, I was able to figure it out. We purchased this lift chair for our handicap child who is 17 years old and lost the ability to go up and down stairs approximately one year ago. I did have to modify the chair and add extra seat belts for her stability and comfort. This was fairly easy. The stair lift has been used daily and has held up well. I’ve not had any issues with it. The staff and the company were easy to work with, and we got the chair in a reasonable amount of time and are happy with it.

I was able to install the lift in about 4 hours, with know issues. The lift assembles easily with basic tools, and other than mounting the track, i did all the work without needind anyone to help. I would highly recommend AmeriGlide to anyone looking for a mobility lift. Everyone that I worked with was very professional and caring. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kevin Reese and his son Aiden. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the lift and can answer any questions about the product that you may have. He promptly calls you back and was at our house at the appointed time for instillation. The installation far exceeded my expectation. My father having mobility issues due to bad knees- needed a safer way to get into and out of his house. He not only needed the lift but also a platform with stairs to allow him to gain access to the lift from his back door-this also gives the family the ability to use stairs instead of the lift.
