Installation was a breeze and took no time at all.
This is for my wifes use and she has had zero issues and no problems with the chairlift. I just wish I would have done this sooner!!!

We have tried for months to get Ameriglide to come out to see what is wrong with the chair lift they installed which is still under warranty! No response from this company at all! Not even a phone call. My mom died waiting for a return call and now my 91 year old father cannot access the shower and bedroom upstairs!
Cruel to treat elderly people this way!

no one should ever use this company, worst customer service , for the last 4 months ,I have made several calls to fix the issue with the chair lift they installed. the chair is wobbling / shaking and making weird noises, I have made dozens of calls, Every time I get a different person, who promises me that they would get back to me, nothing happens, lately, talking with Jessica and Linda, who absolutely do not care. case # 318731, never ever use their services. Tired and fed up , they don't even deserve one star, no body should do any business with them

We purchased a lift and had it installed. Every few days it stops working. We had an authorized technician come out several times and paid hundreds of dollars, yet the lift is doing the same thing. It doesn't work at all randomly, making in impossible to rely upon. We stopped by the office to see if they could help, and John from sales ensured us that they would send someone out. When they did not come, I called the office speaking to John again, wondering why. I was told they won't stand by their product and then lied to again about them calling back or sending an email address to contact customer service.

This is the absolute WORST mobility company to deal with. We purchased a platform lift in August, 2023. It took four months to come and it didn't work when completed. I've been trying to order the parts to get it fixed but their customer services (haha) dept. wont ship the parts because they now say its not under warranty anymore. This is a horrible company with no customer service. I would never suggest someone ever deal with them.

called ameiglide for a chair lift. Spoke with Colin Drakeford. He spent time with us and got us a great deal and was super professional. If you end up calling I would definitely ask for him. Very knowledgeable and answers all questions. Super experience and professional company that helps the elderly and disabled. Will definitely refer others..

I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Am very pleased with the product itself and also how Abbie managed the whole process. I would definitely purchase again from AmeriGlide other products I may need in the future. I give them an A+

Ordered on a Friday and was using the lift on Saturday one week later. Could not believe the quickness of service I received. Was kept updated on the process of shipping and installation.

I was lied to by John the Amazon seller in regards to delivery date. Amazon told me delivery was 3/7. Not!!! Contacted John and was told he would overnight the item to receive it 3/8. Another lie. Very disreputable company. Preying on the disabled and elderly.

The motherboard in our stairlift needed replacing under warranty. Ray, Lisa & Staci we're super responsive, knowing of our mobility issues. The next working day, Ray came over ASAP & fixed it promptly.
For us, this stairlift paid for itself just days after installation. They have a range of models to offer for every budget. They care, and believe in what they do as truly beneficial.

The Ameriglide Co. was fine. I received my equipment in two weeks. It will be three weeks since I received the equipment until it is supposedly going to be installed. The installer called the day before I received the equipment. He told me that if I called by the next day, he could install that week. He never answered his phone (5 calls).There was no response from Delstal, who are the installers.

We called Ameriglide in December 2023 about an issue with our Rave2 and were told they would be back in touch. We had absolutely no contact from them until we called back on January 12,2024, and were told we needed to call the manufacturer, who in turn told me to call Ameriglide to have a tech sent out to diagnose the issue. After waiting 3 days, I called back and was told to call the install company myself so I did and after 2 days I called back and they had a tech going through our town that day, they charged me 306.00 for 40 minute service call in which 20 minutes the tech was on hold with the manufacturer trying to get a rep to order the part. The rep answered and the part was ordered in 5 minutes, so our actual tech time was 20 minutes, what a deal Del Star or A! Medical.

After you make a purchase they will not respond to you again. We purchased our stair lift on July 20,2023 we bought the Rave II. It was finally installed August 18,2023. The installation was a true joke, the bolts that was to hold it were 1/2 way out. It broke Jan. 29,2024 while my disabled husband was on it. Fortunately I was close enough to catch him to avoid a major injury. I paid an installer to remove it and install it properly on Jan. 30, 2024. The installer that I hired was appalled that it was installed so poorly.
Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of use. Trying to get new parts has been an issue. I've been getting the run around with Ameriglide and Harmar. Ameriglide says call Harmar, Harmar says call Ameriglide. At this point our chairlift is not working at all and is greatly need by my stroke survivor husband. I can't imagine what poor seniors that don't have access to the web and email have to go thru. At this point I wish I had never chosen Ameriglide.

This company is a deceitful company with deceitful executives and sales people. They do not follow their own company policies and do not confirm shipping dates with their clients. They provide no support after a product is purchased and do NOT value their clients at all.
Look at all the one-star reviews on this website, consumer affairs, BBB, etc....

I have a Rave 2 unit. The Sales people were very good. I chose to install the unit myself. Their instructions were general and did not include instructions on how to install the activator for the folding track. The company failed to send the The additional Joint connector for the folding unit and it took two a week to receive it because they sent it to a wrong address. After one month the screw drive on the unit failed (the worm drive split and the sensors would not allow the unit to move up the track. I called Ameriglide who refered me to the Manufacturer who said I needed to talk to Ameriglide. It took 10 days to approve the warranty. the Warranty person for Ameriglide Said I should receive the new drive unit in one week. 2 1/2 weeks later I hade not received the replacement unit. I called the person 4 times in a 7 day period to inquire as to the shipment, leaving messages with the person in charge of warranty and others who indicated they would pass on the information. I received no response from the ameriglide people. I called the manufacturer to see if they had any information on the shipment. They indicated they could only give that information except to Ameriglide. I seems to me that the company needs to develop a better process for taking care of their customers in a timely manner and creating a follow through waterfall flow chart to accomplish it.

We purchased a Bespoke in August 2023 and it was installed in Septemeber 2023. After 2 1/2 weeks, the battery went dead. It is not charging correctly!!! Ameriglide replaced the batteries on October 21, 2023 and again, it worked for about 15 days!! It now has been sitting for 2 months out of the 5 months we have had it. It only worked for about 30 days total out of the 5 months!!! I have been hung up on, no one returned phone calls and the supervisor never called me at my request!!! All I hear is escuses!!! After calling several times after the holidays, which customer service sent and email on Dec. 21 saying it would be after the holidays and I waited!!! Finally, we are told somone would be out on Jan 13th. But, on Jan 12th, the installer called and said we would have to pay $200.00 for the service call!!! I said we would not pay because the chair hasn't worked properly since it was installed. He said he would call Ameriglide to see if they would pay the fee and if there was a problem, he would call back. Well, no one ever called, no one ever showed up!!! We are now contacting an attorney to get our money back!! To sum up: We wasted $4000.00!!!! These chairs are for our elderly and disabled for the most part, and this comapany is taking their money!!! Some one needs to put this company out of business!!!!!!

Do not buy any products from Ameri glide. They don’t provide any good products service if any thing goes wrong with it. My dad is an amputee and this stir lift has been giving us issues since the day we purchased it. Now we need a key replacement and they told us that they have discontinued the product, why?, their products should be life time due to the disable community. The rudeness behind it was another issue. Now we have to buy a complete new chair that cost $3000 and more depending on what they offer. Every time this is what they tell you

Working with the technician for Atlas platform lifts was professional in all aspects. Eric listened and based on the symptoms I described; he offered proper guidance. Based on his guidance I was able to address the issue by realigning the sensor switches to the sensor plates for the second level of a three-level unit. This makes me a happy customer.
