Battery life very bad

i would have given it 4 starts for the positive impact it had on my sleep, but after using it for 2 years the battery can no longer hold any charge. I emailed them about the issue and they said as it was no longer under warranty i would have to pay US$93 for a battery replacement or US$126 to exchange for a new device. This does not comply with Australian consumer law but as its a US based company I don't think there's much I can do. Its pretty disappointing because I think its good device but that battery lifetime is just not adequate for a device with that pricetag. I would much prefer it if they used replaceable batteries like the Polar devices use so the device actually has longevity. Such a waste.

No increase in deep sleep

Firstly, amofit S works differently from other neurostimulation devices. While some devices provide transient effects through strong stimulation, amofit S delivers mild electromagnetic signals to the vagus nerve to naturally restore the balance of the autonomic nervous system from a fundamental level. Because it focuses on long-term restoration, the time required to see results can vary depending on an individual’s physiology and health condition.

For better results, we recommend the following:

1. Usage Frequency: Our standard recommendation for Calm mode is 1-2 sessions per day, but many users who experience significant benefits use it for more than 3 sessions daily.

2. Timing: We suggest one session during the day and another before bed. Many of our users have reported much higher benefits when using the device while sleeping at night.

I am not sure if it is working…

I am not sure if it is working correctly.
Sometimes the green light turns on when I am not using it.
When I wear it . It flashes off and on the whole 3 hrs that I have it on. I like the convenience of wearing it around my neck.
I am not giving this a bad review I am just not sure if it’s working correctly.

1. Regarding the device turning on unexpectedly:

amofit S features a highly sensitive touch sensor for ease of use. Sometimes, it may turn on unintentionally if the touch area comes into contact with the skin while it’s being carried. While we have a Lock Function (detailed on page 4 of the manual) to prevent it from turning off during use, we currently do not have a similar lock to prevent it from turning on.

Tip: When not in use, we recommend storing the device with the touch area facing upward or keeping it in a small pouch to avoid accidental activation.

2. Regarding the blinking light during use:

Please be assured that your device is working correctly! In Calm mode, the green LED is designed to blink throughout the 3-hour session. This blinking confirms that the device is active and successfully generating electromagnetic signals. Similarly, the blue LED will blink in Focus mode.

3. For your reference (Charging status):

- Blinking Red: The device is currently charging.
- Solid Green: The device is fully charged.

Realmente me activa el parasimpatico

Realmente me activa el parasimpatico. El primer dia fue impresionante. Me bajo muchísimo la respiración y la frecuencia cardíaca. Tanto que sentía el cuerpo como una piedra. El resto de dias lo uso para bajar las revoluciones antes de dormir, y hay dias que si que noto que me levanto con mas energía. Evito ponérmelo el dia que hago deporte intenso, porque al tener tan activado el simpático, me molesta en el esternón y me crea una sensación rara e incómoda. Me gusta en general la sensación que me da y me sube el hrv. Más calma.

Inconspicuous and Effective

This is a great device that actually works with little or no signs of its presence. Have been using it for well over a month and the sleep schedule is significantly better. Not yet had a chance to test its focus feature. I wish the buttons were mildly raised/tactile because my black amofit is really not visible in the dim light. The clip on the unit also needs a slight outward curve on its end to ease the process of slipping it on to a thin cloth/outfit.

I didn't get the big increase in deep…

I didn't get the big increase in deep sleep that I'd hoped for, but I do believe my HRV has improved since I started using it.

Item only lasted a week.

At first it took me a little time to…

At first it took me a little time to get to know it and maybe my expectations were set to high expecting some kind of instant reaction and also it took time to get accustomed to turning it on and turning from one setting to the other but I must say now after a few months of wearing it I have loved how I feel , it takes time and patience but my well-being has improved my focus improved and it has a great calming effect on my mind body and soul and it’s a subtle change that gets better each passing day and I’ve always been interested in the rhythm of my body and this has enhanced that rhythm so I’m very happy to have bought amofit s worth every penny

Nothing has changed

Nothing has changed. We wanted to take advantage of the30 extra days you offered me. I wrote to you on the 3rd, requesting that new 30 days, and still being able to get a refund if there are still no positive changes in another week or two. Therefore, if you are open to it, we would be happy to extend your trial period by an additional 30 days. This would allow you to continue the trial a bit longer and see if a breakthrough occurs.
