I was sent an opened used Truvaga vagus nerve stimulator by Truvaga.com.

I paid £300 and ordered in good faith. I was excited to receive it. Now I feel I have been scammed. The customer service team has not replied to my messages.

I haven't used it long enough to rate its effectiveness. I find the experience a bit unpleasant, but if it works, great.
But I do want to warn you about the app which you need to drive it (basically to turn the intensity up and down - that's it).
I tried it on 2 Pixel phones and 2 Samsung phones. None worked. The customer support are very responsive and helpful, but can't resolve the limitations of their software. I don't know about other Android devices, but I would be cautious.
I had to buy a cheap iphone just to drive it. They say it needs iOS 16+. Mine had version 18, and didn't work. It was only when I upgraded to v26 that it worked.
So if you have a newish ipad or iphone you should be fine. Otherwise you might end up like me having to buy a cheap phone just to use it. I can't tell you how much time I've spent trying to resolve this.

I’ve been using Truvaga for a little over a month. It has helped me with my headaches, sleeping, overall stress and anxiousness and I’ve honestly seen a positive impact in my digestion! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

This is a “2” at best because the accompanying app is so weak. It regularly disconnects from the device doing sessions so that intensity cannot be increased. A message shows repeatedly saying I needed to restart/reconnect the device. I expect more from a device this pricey. Also, the utility of the history and analysis elements of the app are very superficial and are largely perfunctory at this point. Would recommend waiting to see if there will be upgrades.

Paying over $300 for a machine with a 4 minute per day and a 6 month automatic termination date was a terrible waste of time and effort, and stressful to get to the bottom of this. This was purchased to relieve stress but it actually amplified it. Trying to return it is a laborious process and expensive. Complete waste!

I've been using the Truvaga vagus nerve stimulator for a few months now, and it's become a pretty calming part of my evening routine. I am cured! I was sick for 8 years. No doctor could or would help me. I had to go online & look up my health condition, & I found Truvaga for what is, apparently, vagus nerve inflammation. I'm so relieved.

It didn't work for me. I have a lot of experience in trying to make my nervous system relax and unfortunately Truvaga did little or nothing for me. I have tried several holistic modalities with mild success. The only thing that really seems to work is some supplements like a Kava/Kratom combination (high on the kratom) and Xanax.

Easy to use and the customer service team is very helpful!

What I love about Truvaga is that it instantly calms me down and let's me feel less anxious. I also love how well I sleep when I use it. 10/10 recommend.

I find that when I use this item on a regular basis, my head pains lessen in intensity and quantity.
