Excellent shop with a huge range and great service !!

Vast range of parts, great service & fast delivery.

Stock on shelves. Friendly faces. Always very helpful. Whats not to like?

I asked to have items in stock sent out asap after not realising they do not ship items out until all items in stock. I didn't know that nor rrad that anywhere, however got told by Alex all items in stock and has been dispatched. Upon chasing it up it turns out that email was sent accidently to me instead of someone else. A birthday gift that was supposed to arrive in time. The was told I'd have to pay an additional shipping charge to send items that arrive in stock later which I didnt want to do. As a gesture of goodwill and for giving wrong info they could have easily waived it. Also their shipping fees are a lot more than other places. Asked to cancel order and waiting for a refund, yet to receive a reply! Go shop elsewhere, avoid these guys. All other poor reviews are all saying same thing about shipping issues.

Wide range of products at a competitive price but what I was really impressed me was their speed of delivery and communication. I even got a phone call on a bank holiday to let me know that the goods would be delivered next day and explain how the goods were packaged.

I have purchased a few things from these guys and everything they have proved to be top notch. The prices tend to beat the usual RC shops we all know.
Also great communication.

The delivery person was excellent, phoned in advance to tell me when he was arriving. Friendly, chatty, checked everything in the box was 💯 for both our benefits. Would totally recommend.

It was my first time visiting this establishment with my nephew to get his RC car diagnosed and to purchase my first RC car.
The gentleman at the desk showed how knowledgeable they were and displayed great customer service and helped me choose the most suitable RC car for myself. Would definitely visit again and they have gained a new customer.

Very efficient team, I ordered the microwave around midday and it was in my house by 7 am next day. The sale man over the phone was very friendly and helpful. Communication was much beyond expectation specially with the driver. Adding to that price was very competitive, saved at least £20 in total. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

From ordering our fridge freezer, to delivery, customer service has been excellent. Time slot was given to me, a call before delivery, perfect. Val and Sonu were very helpful. They went above and beyond to put the appliance in the kitchen. Val was friendly and helpful. Very pleased.

Really disappointing! ordered items that were in stock then told days later not in stock ? I asked for a refund that would take 2 days, then after 2 days later was told it would take another 2-3 days ! I had 10 days of this debacle. customer service was simply awful, I ordered the same product x3 from another company which I got my order next day and 30% cheaper !

If you visit this shop I and like RC cars bikes trucks boats etc then I advise have money to spend because you will not be able to walk out of there without something new. Very well stocked parts included. The guys are great and good advice. A little gold mine for RC people and will beat Any price so worth a trip if you're interested.

Had my American fridge freezer delivered by val & sonu top blokes went above and beyond to make my delivery run smoothly would highly recommend

I have been using all things RC for over 40 years and try and use many rc suppliers. I do have 4/5 that would be my main go to due to the after sales the knowledge and the value for money on goods and postage. used this company and sent the goods back solely down to that I was heavily overcharged for postage. be wary when using and shop around if you have to wait longer for goods from a reputable store it will be worth it.

We ordered an LG American Fridge Freezer which was delivered within a few days. The delivery team (Val and Sonu) were not only polite and efficient, but went the extra bit to help put the appliance into a very challenging garage!….they are a credit to your service. So I highly recommend this company to anyone considering using them.

Item arrived in 2 days and the delivery team were so massively helpful with getting the item through the door so we are very grateful as it was such an expensive piece of kit.

Delivery Issues – “Next Day” Does Not Mean Next Day with This Company!

I placed an order on Wednesday evening (after the 2 o’clock cut-off) with next working day delivery, meaning my order should have arrived on Friday.

I was emailed by Appliance Electronics the day before delivery (Thursday) at 14:10— note: after the 2 o’clock delivery cut-off window—saying they had authorisation issues (nice trick!).

After speaking with them on the phone, I was told the quickest delivery would now be Monday unless I paid an additional delivery charge. As this was a gift (an electric RC car) for a birthday which I needed before Monday, I was forced to pay the extra £15.00 for delivery.

I voiced my disappointment and frustration with the situation with two separate attendants and was told there was nothing they could do.

They have now lost a customer over this, which I find unbelievable.

If you are ordering something, please make sure you allow plenty of time, as in my experience, their next day delivery service is not actually next day!
