Next day deliver means the next day after they decide!
Their explanation below is not valid. They banned me from ordering because they were annoyed sent me faulty goods and made me make videos and take photographs of the faulty goods, then ultimately told me to throw it in the bin!! No apology, just a ban from ordering from them. Disgusting customer service - AVOID!!!

Very quick delivery from ordering
Very quick delivery from ordering. However I have to send the item back as I realised after taking in the item I ordered the wrong one. Not their fault. I emailed them on how to send it back. They sent instructions including their bank details as I had to pay to send it back. I followed that ,then had a reply back to take a sreen shot of the money going into their account as they could not access their bank account. Not on never have I been asked to do this when sending something back or paying a person. Thats why only 4 stars it would have been a five otherwise.

Five star service
Very pleased with appliance electronics. Not used them before. Found an item that was cheaper than on any other site. Delivery was also free. We were advised of the delivery date in advance and had a call in the morning, when the drivers were about 30 mins away. Delivery drivers, Raj and Arnold, were really polite and helpful. They unpacked the item and made sure all was well before leaving. Five stars all round👍

Great value, excellent fast included delivery
We just bought an LG American style fridge freezer from Appliance Electronics, great value, delivery included, we bought on 23/12, surprised & pleased it was delivered on 27/12, WoW !
Despite it's size the delivery team Val & Raj safely negotiated into our kitchen via the patio doors. Job done ! Thanks team I won't hesitate to buy from you again !

Great Customer Service
Raj and Arnold provided a efficient delivery. Called a day before to confirm the delivery and 30 minutes before on the day. They provided a great service and would highly recommend ordering from Appliance Electronics. They checked to ensure there was no damage to the fridge freezer arrived within two days of ordering.

Absolutely experience so far, ordered appliances had a phone call from a sales advisor to confirm the delivery only for them to cancel on me this morning. I have emailed the sales advisor I have spoken to and have had no response back as of yet. I have had to take a day off (self employed) and put my child in nursery to be able to take the delivery for them to cancel on the morning. I have tried calling and all you have is a minimum wait time of 10 minutes which I get charged for.
Honestly wish I hadn't ordered my appliances from this website I would stay well clear.

Penalised for following company advice – Dangerous safety suggestions
I am writing this to warn others about the poor service and questionable safety advice from AE. I purchased a replacement battery for my son’s RC car, which turned out to be faulty (confirmed by their own advisor via a voltage check).
The process was unnecessarily complex, requiring me to buy additional chargers and adapters. I only opened and plugged in the latest charger at the direct request of an AE advisor to help diagnose the battery issue. Once the battery was confirmed as defective, I naturally tried to return the now-unnecessary charger.
However, a staff member named Alan has refused a full refund, claiming the item is "used" simply because I followed their instructions to test their own faulty product.
Even more concerning: another advisor suggested I try charging the battery on a NiMh setting to "fix" it. After researching this, I found this is a major fire hazard for this type of battery. Giving such dangerous advice to a customer with a young child in the house is unacceptable. I am now being left out of pocket for a charger I don't need, all because I received a faulty product from them in the first place. Avoid this company if you value fair returns or safety.

Having never ordered through this company before I was hesitant. However for the fridge freezer I wanted this company was the best price . I ordered late on the Monday evening and received a call Tuesday to check delivery for Wednesday ! Brilliant in the lead up to Christmas . Raj and Arnold the delivery team were fantastic - what a lovely couple of guys . So helpful and friendly and went above and beyond . The fridge arrived in perfect condition but was still throughly checked before raj and Arnold were happy to leave it with me . Over the moon with my new fridge and would definitely recommend appliance electronics and will be looking to order from here in the future. Great price and delivery organised…
Great price and delivery organised quickly. The delivery drivers (Arnold and Raj) were brilliant - they spotted some damage on the first delivery and immediately contacted the head office to arrange for a new fridge to be delivered. I was contacted later that day where the team apologised and organised a new delivery date. Arnold and Raj then came again with a new unit 2 days later and again were brilliant in bringing it inside and unpacking it.
I will also add that the damage of the first fridge was nothing to do with Appliance Electronics - all of the packaging was unmarked but the fridge had damage which I assume was from the factory before it was packaged up.
All in all a brilliant service and they dealt with the issue superbly. Thanks.

Next day delivery didn’t happen
Paid for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive they said they could not refund the money because of the low profit margin they get on the product (Traxxas Trx4m body)
Ordered on Friday morning and they said it would now arrive on Wednesday. Such a bad way to treat a loyal customer. I don’t understand what profit margins have to do with me?
