I found my visit to Archers very pleasant and informative. Unfortunately, I may have to change the mattress as it seems to be too hard for me.

The lady assistant was very helpful and patient as I was suffering from Osteoporosis and took me ages to chose the correct mattress that suited

This is my second bed from Archers and received today the same mattress I previously had which is great.Very good value for quality and price plus free delivery.I only had one problem I purchased in store, but was getting delivered from the internet.Unfortunately they sent the email to the shop instead of myself.so did not know when they would be.

We were told everything to look for with our bed . Mr Galbraith made us feel very relaxed while talking to him

Attended at Archer’s Sleepcentre in Clydebank to buy a replacement double mattress. What we found was a modern, meticulously clean showroom, with a wide range of beds and mattresses. We were assisted by Douglas, an engaging, outgoing member of staff, who clearly knew the range very well, and had excellent product knowledge. Having asked a few questions as to our requirements, Douglas immediately directed us to two excellent mattresses, either of which would have been ideal for us. Having made our choice, we chatted over some accessories for our choice, and left the store very satisfied with an uncomplicated shopping experience.

Delivery of our mattress was very efficiently arranged, and was carried out within an acceptable timeframe by two skilled and personable staff.

All in all, Archers was the correct choice for our purchase. First class premises, friendly, professional staff and great product range.

Jason was very friendly, helpful and explained the differences of the mattresses we were looking at on the day.
I also asked about a mattress for my mothers electric bed that we purchased from archers and again he was very helpful .

We were helped by Donna, who spent time showing us the reclining chairs and explaining the choices of size, motors and fabics. We were given time to walk around and try various chairs, then time to make our selection. It's difficult to face deteriorating mobility, but Donna was polite, friendly and made us feel welcome.

I am very happy to write that any problems I had with ARCHERS regarding our new bed has all been sorted, i cannot thank HARRY enough for his help in rectifying the problem, he was most helpful and my husband and I are happy and grateful

I purchased recliner chair from Archers Sleep Centre Kilmarnock in October delivered end of month 2025 service was first class!
However at beginning March we noticed problems with chair springs could be felt on seat also recliner where legs and feet rested had indentation
Company requested person to come out to assess Chair,we were advised chair was clearly Substandard When Purchased due to lack of foam padding on chair,springs,upholstery not good so it would need to have complete overhaul!!
Management at head office have advised they will repair chair I have decided against this as chair was only 4 months old when problems started. I requested refund in March we are now at end April this request has been denied.
I am now taking this to independent assessor.
No faith in Archers Sleep Centre left feeling frustrated Management not intrested!!! Apart from upholstering Substandard Chair!!

Went in one day to have a look guys very helpful as not all mattress in stock i had been looking online had to double check depth so went back next day seen Harry told him all about being there day before had tried one at top of stairs so decided to go for that in double bed size he explained about mattress protector and sorted delivery that worked for me he was very easy to talk and welcomed you on entering the store
