Excellent service. David was very helpful the first day I was looking around for a mattress. No hard sell just useful information. On my second visit when I purchased the mattress Tom was similar. Also nice touch that he acknowledged that David should be regarded as the salesperson on the final invoice.

Alistair was the lad that helped and advised us on choosing the correct bed for our needs.
His friendly personality,guidance and knowledge of the different products available in store made the process of buying this important item seamless. Plus when we got home he called us to let us know there may be an issue with the date we had chosen for the delivery of the bed, which in my opinion showed a responsibility and ownership for the problem

Excellent guidance and service on electric recliner chair for my elderly dad
Great service and advice from Allan about an electric recliner chair my elderly dad was looking for. Allan was very Patient and gave good explanation , no hard sell or pushing us to buy . Gave us plenty time to try out chair options and ask lots of questions. We bought one and are delighted with purchase.

He could not have been more friendly and if it wasn't for his advice we would have bought something online that wasn't suitable for us. This was our 2nd visit to the store. We were initially helped by Donna and wanted some thinking time to make a decision. Once we had decided what we wanted, we went back and saw Donna again. On both occasions she was very helpful without being too pushy.

Excellent service
My partner and I were shopping for a new mattress as a replacement for an existing double and we have used Archers a few times in the past. The sales person, Ian did a great job explaining three different options and allowed us plenty of time to decide. He explained the shipping process in depth and my partner and I felt like we were valued customers.
The price was comparable to other retailers and the service, both in store and from the delivery process was excellent.
