Do not buy from this shop
Awful experience at the Birkenshaw/Uddingston store. Do not trust what the sales assistants tell you about their products. We were misinformed when we made our purchase and then the sales assistant denied saying what he said. We then asked for the manager who backed up the sales person. We contacted Head Office who then passed it back to the manager. Once you part with your money there is no chance of getting it back even when you take out all the extra guarantees.

Great customer service from the staff in the Auldhouse store, both in the showroom and on the phone.
Delivered on the day scheduled and with up dates via text which was great.
Delighted with the wardrobe purchased, really good quality and great price.

We were looking to purchase some bedroom furniture
We were looking to purchase some bedroom furniture and went into the Hillington store in Glasgow. We were approached by the salesman Graham Frew who was of great assistance in recommending different options and allowed us our own time to make our choice. A great experience, Graham was extremely helpful. Would definitely visit again in the future

A great experience at Archers. Had visited the other stores such as dreams etc & archers was the last, Dennis immediately made us feel comfortable and not just looking for a sale. We visited Archers twice (once to look at options and the second time to make the purchase) and both times found the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Lynn was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses, the springs etc and materials by demonstrating on sample pieces also spoke soft to extra firm mattress differences. Lynn also gave us space to decide and look around for ourselves with no pressure. Really good customer service .

Quite Expensive but worth it.
Out shopping for a bed we went to Archers. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed in a friendly manner and asked to look around and if we needed any help, we were just to ask. We told the sales assistant, Stuart, our requirements and he showed us exactly what we needed and the colour schemes available. From there the choice was easy, picked a bed, paid a low deposit and left. Great choice of beds, mattresses etc, friendly staff and hopefully a great delivery and installation team.
