We have been buying all our clothing and almost everything in Arnotts, Today I was assisted with Brian and Eoghan in mens wear and have great experience in customer service on how to deal with a customer Thanks.

I had - possibly may still have an issue with an online purchase. Rachel from Customer Services has been in touch with me regarding this issue. I would give Rachel a five star rating for her assistance and positive interaction. I am hoping for a positive outcome with this query but it is now out of Rachel’s control.

Great online service for me. Just my experience but I went to buy something using a gift card and didn't correctly redeem the gift so paid the full amount on my credit card. Noticed immediately and was properly disappointed with myself as it was just an after Xmas impulse purchase. Sent an email that night asking to cancel and expected it to turn into a bit of back and forth but an email early in the morning showed it all sorted - Order cancelled, no charge on my card and I reordered it correctly then and it was delivered today (genuine 50% off as well). So all good from me.

Ordered a fairly expensive item which said they were in stock online. They took my money and gave me a date to expect delivery and then this morning emailed me to say sorry we are out of stock. With a 10% discount on anything I like. I would have liked what you said was available on site. Now I've wasted time and missed the sales in other stores. Do not waste your time shop where you know you'll get your product.

A delivery from Arnotts went missing in the post and they replaced or refunded me for all the items very promptly!

I had an issue with a recalled product I brought from Arnotts a few months ago and I reached out to the store if they can help me out with the problem. Lianna, from the customer service team was kind enough to extend me an offer in the form of additional encore points which I can use in future purchases from one of their stores. I understand that its beyond their control on what happened to the recalled product but with the offer I was given, it was more than enough to cover the cost of buying the same product I had the problem to begin with. Well done to Lianna and to the store for helping me.

I ordered a Jo Malone candle only days before Xmas. I received same on time. Very happy with the purchase and speedy delivery.

I had a serious problem with a very expensive coffee machine and between customer service and the floor manager Frank aided by trusted staff, Conor my machine was replaced. I really appreciated their listening and acting fast on my behalf before Christmas thus enabling me to purchase a new one. Thanks a lot, L.T.

Had a minor issue with 2 missing markers from a child’s colouring & craft set for Christmas and contacted the customer service team. They pulled out all the stops. Several phone calls and a few photos later David from Arnotts organized replacement markers and a free packet of markers. All posted to my home address in Carlow. Super service from the team and David in particular. Thankyou all !!

I placed an order on the 18th Dec, and was told the idea will be delivered before Xmas, over 24 hours later I was told that my order was canceled and that I can have free shipping on my next order - when you generally get free shipping with them anyway. Its just not on to allow people to order items and then have them canceled, especially during this window where losing days means it is impossible to find a replacement supplier...

I had a really quick and efficient service from David at Arnotts. My product i had ordered was running late and he said he would check it's status and he kept me informed and got the product to me. It was just brilliant to be able to connect directly with someone as opposed to an anonymous bot ! Well done Arnotts.

5 star customer service. Issue resolved in minutes. Verry Happy. Will buy again 🙂

I found this to be the best customer support I have received from any organisation in a long time.

Lucie was really helpful, efficient and friendly. The resolution she offered was perfectly proportionate for the fault with the boots that I purchased. Lucie was really pleasant to deal with and made the interaction with Arnotts customer care a very pleasant one!
