Hice una compra de un cojín puf hecho a mano de cuero auténtico y tiene un diseño artesanal de calidad, da un toque de diseño al salón 👌🏻 El envío se demoró algo pero al final lo tenemos

CUIDADO ESTAFA!!!

hice mi pedido. Les contacté por whatsapo y me comentan que va a tardar mínimo 25 días. Tras insistir demasiado en 2 ocasiones me indican que” esta misma tarde” recibiré un correo con una actualización de mi estado, nunca llega nada. Les insisto en que me devuelvan el dinero, ya que huele mal, y tampoco indican en ningún lado “el supuesto tiempo de espera” , no dan señales tampoco.
Me temo que he sido estafada. He puesto una denuncia, y no pienso parar hasta que este tipo de empresas fraudulentas desaparezcan.

Unfortunately I did not check Trust Pilot prior to purchasing from Arte Marruecos. They have a very professional site which is misleading. I have purchased some cushions amounting to over 130 euros and I have experienced the same experience as the other reviewers. They sent a very friendly message asking for the money via bank transfer which is also on their site. I made the transfer and then silence. I sent a few messages and eventually the same message as other have received. We have a high amount of orders blah blah. This company i believe is a scam. DO NOT ORDER. I will now take action like the others. If they actually commit to sending the goods I will revise this comment.

Lamentablemente no revisé Trust Pilot antes de comprar en Arte Marruecos. Tienen un sitio muy profesional que es engañoso. He comprado unos cojines por valor de más de 130 euros y he vivido la misma experiencia que el resto de reseñantes. Enviaron un mensaje muy amable solicitando el dinero mediante transferencia bancaria que también está en su sitio web. Hice la transferencia y luego silencio. Envié algunos mensajes y finalmente recibí el mismo mensaje que otros. Tenemos una gran cantidad de pedidos, bla, bla. Esta empresa creo que es una estafa. NO HACER PEDIDO. Ahora tomaré medidas. Si me envien los cojines revisaré lo que he escrito.

UPDATE: I made my order on the 27th of June and it finally arrived yesterday 7th of August. The quality of the cushions are as good as others I have purchased directly from Morocco. This experience has been painful and this company has a lot of work to do to improve their service, but thankfully they arrived! The colours do not perfectly match what I thought I had ordered, but ok. I notice the company have changed their name on their site from Arte Marruecos to Art Morocco. I am not sure if this is in response to the amount of complaints.

ACTUALIZACIÓN: Hice mi pedido el 27 de junio y finalmente llegó ayer 7 de agosto. La calidad de los cojines es tan buena como la de otros que he comprado directamente en Marruecos. Esta experiencia ha sido difícil y esta empresa tiene mucho trabajo por hacer para mejorar su servicio, ¡pero afortunadamente llegaron! Los colores no coinciden perfectamente con lo que pensé que había pedido, pero está bien. Noto que la empresa ha cambiado su nombre en su sitio de Arte Marruecos a Art Morocco. No estoy segura si esto es en respuesta a la cantidad de quejas.

Excelente servicio, los tiempos fueron de acuerdo a lo establecido y me encanto el producto es de buena calidad, definitivamente volvería a pedir en este sitio. ☺️

Ofrecen una gran calidad de los productos a un buen precio. Muy buen servicio al cliente y buen packaging.

He comprado 6 cojines de Arte Marruecos, me llegaron ayer. La verdad que la calidad es estupenda, lo único del que puedo quejarme es la tardanza de la entrega. Han sido 4 semanas. Entiendo que es una empresa joven y están empezando pero sinceramente tienen que mejorar el tiempo de entrega porque el producto merece la pena. Pediré más

El 15 de mayo hice un pedido de 3 cojines en oferta por 65.70€, sinceramente, nada barato, pero teniendo en cuenta los diseños, la calidad y aspecto del material me parecía perfectamente adecuado sobre todo porque se trata de una tienda artesanal.

Les escribí el mismo día por instagram porque me parecía rarísimo que el pago se tuviese que hacer por bizum, y no me llegase un email de confirmación de pedido. Con tanta estafa que hay por internet, no terminaba de fiarme (parece ser que hacía bien). Me contestaron al momento confirmando que mi pedido se había realizado y que "en un par de horas" me dirían la fecha aproximada de la entrega, así que me quedé más tranquila.
Al día siguiente, les volví a escribir ya que no había recibido tal mensaje y me dejaron sin respuesta. El 28 de mayo les vuelvo a escribir, otra vez sin respuesta. Empecé a pensar realmente que me habían estafado cuando veo que suben una storie a su instagram así que contesté a la misma pidiéndoles que por favor contestasen a mis mensajes.
Dos días más tarde, 30 de mayo, por fin dan señales de vida remitiendo un correo electrónico con el que ponerme en contacto por lo que escribo a este email.
(A estas alturas, en teoría y según su página web, debía de haber recibido mi paquete ya, pues se supone que los paquetes llegaban a la semana de realizar el pedido).

El 5 de junio me mandan un email disculpándose por el retraso, que han tenido un problema con la empresa de transporte y que mi paquete llegaría en una semana. Hoy, 25 de junio sigo sin haber recibido el paquete y les he vuelto a escribir tanto por instagram como por email y no me contestan. Tampoco contestan a los número de teléfono que proporcionan en su web.

Me parece una falta completa de profesionalidad y que dejan en muy mal lugar al pequeño comercio. Por cuestiones como esta al final acabamos comprando a grandes empresas donde, no solo contestan a sus clientes cuando hay un problema, sino que son mucho más baratas.
No sé si conseguiré que me devuelvan mi dinero o si llegaré a recibir mi paquete, pero al menos espero conseguir que cambien su forma de proceder con sus clientes. Si me llegase el producto o me devolviesen el dinero cambiaré mi review. Mientras esto no llegue, no solo dejaré mi puntuación como está sino que emprenderé las acciones legales pertinentes.

Like many young companies there are invariably teething problems the worst of which was the lack of communication to explain what was going on. This led to my earlier comments.
However, things have changed and most importantly communication has improved 100%! I have spoken to the owner on a number of occasions and I have to say a nice guy who wants to get it right.
We received our order and most importantly the quality is excellent so much so that I will be placing another order this week. Iwish them alot of luck in supporting artesans from Morocco and I will continue to be a customer without reservation.
I would like to give them 4 or 5 stars but bearing in mind my comments a couple of months ago I don't think it would be honest however if I had just placed and received an order I would certainly give them at least 4*.
We placed an order on the 16th May for 6 cushions (O/N 16334) and since then absolutely no communications of any sort. They do not answer the telephone, nor answer emails nor their online chat service. Prior to placing the order the chat service worked and they answered immediately. Now they have received the €125.40 they have gone totally silent. We are going to the police to report the site to the police and are also putting the matter in the hands of our solicitors.
It is such a shame that people like this give a terrible reputation for internet purchases from small companies!
Since publishing negative reviews on this site Google and FB today we immediately received an email. We will see how this ends with luck positively.
Further update: they have been in contact several times now and have assured us that our order will be delivered on the 26th June. They have apologized for the previous lack of communication and say that this is because they have been overwhelmed by the response to the webpage. The truth is that communication when a company has this type of problem is of paramount importance as ignoring the problem only leads to bad reviews. If they had responded to our numerous emails and chats and answered the phone on the website we would not made a review until we received our order. I will update once we receive the merchandise and hopefully will be able to give them a much better rating.
16 July. Regrettably this have gone from bad to worse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
After numerous WhatsApp messages with various delivery dates and excuses my patience ran out and I asked for a refund. Since then they have gone completely silent. I am handing this over to my lawyers so that they can take action and also am reporting them to the police.
