My wife bought an Eastpak suitcase from this seller and after one use one of the dials on the TSA combination lock became loose and moved up and down in the lock. We were worried that in future this might mean that we would be unable to open the case. We contacted the seller but they refused to accept that it was a manufacturing fault and tried to blame it on the airline (something that I now note from other reviews seems to be a common response). There is no other damage to the bag but they said this has no relevance. They insist that we must pursue it with the airline which means either going all the way back to the airport which is ridiculous or trying to call Canada which will be very expensive.
This company has no empathy and washes its hands completely of something that is clearly their responsibility to deal with either directly or with the manufacturer. Their responses are very curt with absolutely no hint of an apology. My advice would be to avoid them. Good customer service in such situations can really enhance a company's reputation but clearly this is not the case here.

Amazing company. I ordered an item at 3pm on Friday and it was delivered to me first thing the next day.

Received my Kipling back pack today, really impressed by the brilliant service from aspens. I only ordered it yesterday, came about 24 hours later. Well done , really good service.

AWFUL, awful customer service. My parcel was left in a communal staircase by Royal Mail, and was stolen at some point before I returned home . While this clearly isn’t the store’s fault, the customer aftercare when trying to resolve this was downright horrendous. Peter from Aspen could not have been more unhelpful, rude and indifferent to my predicament. His responses seemed to blame me, he was snarky and offered no alternative other than “oh well, talk to the police”. He was meant to keep me updated with Royal Mail progress on the issue, I waited 2 weeks without a response, and when I got one it was effectively to wash their hands of the issue. If you value customer experience, shop literally anywhere else.

Amazing service from start to finish. From finding the item on their website, have a detailed description of the products on their website, being well informed of order statuses. Order then arriving on time immaculately packed too!

Super fast delivery and well packaged. Bought a Rokr build your own globe kit as a gift. Can't fault the service and will definitely be a returning customer.

I purchased a Herschel backpack at 4pm on Sunday, it was dispatched (free delivery) by 11am Monday and received by 2pm Wednesday. The item was as described and was £8 cheaper than anywhere else. Happy customer!

I purchased an expensive suitcase from Aspen of Hereford. The case was faulty when I went to use it. The companies immediate response was that I had to contact an airline (I hadn't travelled with the case on a plane!!!) for a refund - which was bizare. They then said to contact the manafacturer, even when the product was within 30 days of purchase. They did not care. I see all of the great reviews online, but dig deeper and buyer beware is anything goes wrong. They don't care.

Excellent customer service.
Recently a clock I ordered got lost in the mail, both myself and Aspen put forward a complaint to Royal Mail and fortunately they found the item.
Aspen were prompt and helpful throughout. I will use this company again.

I bought an Acctim Hamilton mantel clock at a very competitive price from them. It arrived three working days later as stated when ordered. Delivery was free. The clock was brand new and in perfect order. I am very happy with my purchase and can recommend this company.

I can't find fault with is company. Unfortunately the product I ordered was faulty. This was not the fault of Aspen but the manufacturer. It was packed well. Prompt delivery. The returns procedure was a little lengthy but beyond reproach. Clear instruction. All postages paid and a complete refund received. More than happy to deal with them again.

Poor service. Mirrors supplied with double sided sticky tape to attach to a wall. Then fell off under its own weight. There is no room/location on the mirror to use a more secure/safer mounting method. The store is not interested in the slightest in the issue highlighted. Avoid.

I wanted to share a review as I looked here when I wanted to order. Website and checkout was easy to navigate. Package arrived within a few days and packaged well. It’s a gift so I can’t open it but all looks fab! Would recommend!

Ordered two Eastpak 4-wheel suitcases which were dispatched quickly and arrived on time. Well packaged and no damage to parcel or suitcases. Cases seem well made and are as described.

I ordered a wall clock for the bedroom and this is a beauty! Lovely dark pink, matches my wardrobe and looks fabulous against aqua blue wall! The clock looks expensive,is really good quality and I'm so pleased with it 😁.

Unfortunately, the combination lock on the Eastpak suitcase I bought in July got jammed in a locked position a few days after it arrived. I realised that Amazon sell a key made for this lock, so I purchased it and it didn't work. My short holiday was only 2 or 3 days later so I travelled with the suitcase. On returning I contacted Aspen and they suggested I contact my airline for any assistance. I had travelled by train and I don't understand why they assumed I had flown. Once I told them I had used a key to try and open the case the company wrote back and said they would report me to the authorities for purchasing and owning the key. They suggested I was committing a criminal offense. I wrote back and asked them why are Amazon selling these keys if owning these is considered criminal? I also contacted Amazon and they said they'd look into this, but they were not aware of any legal constraints on the ownership of these keys. Amazon have also asked me to review the key! I have sent the key back to Amazon. Although the retailer did agree to issue me with a refund for the suitcase as I was contacting them inside the 30 day returns policy, I found their overall treatment to be quite insensitive and uncaring. I asked them for a copy of their T&C and they said these were included with their suitcase, it wasn't. They sent me the following message: "... we will not be supplying any further product to yourself or answering any messages." I found the entire experience of dealing with this retailer quite bewildering. I suspect the person handling customer enquiries was having an off few days.
