I love the foundation and eyeliners but ordering from the rep I never know when the delivery is due. Sometimes it's days but more often 3-4 weeks, often with errors. I ended up finding my foundation on eBay cheaper and quicker and have even gone back to Lauder despite the price difference! I'd much rather support a local rep but the service isn't good.

Okay, so a parcel from Avon was delivered by EVRI to a wrong house in my neighbourhood. I've had words with Avon before regarding their use of EVRI as there have been several problems over the years. Anyway, the neighbour came around when getting home and it was obvious that the parcel had been tampered with as it couldn't be opened by using the perforated tab designed for this purpose but the box had in fact been taped around several times with clear broad tape. Upon opening the box, exactly half of the items were missing. So, not sure whether Avon or EVRI's employees are responsible for this theft!

I do know that I'm out of pocket for an incomplete order! Not happy and will NEVER use Avon again! No point in dealing a company which continues to make it increasingly difficult to contact them!
The order number is: 28306340, just in case anyone at Avon Cosmetics is actually interested in resolving this matter!

Of course one can't phone Avon in the UK. I tried three numbers which came up on both Google and Bing. The same message came up when calling all 3 numbers along the lines of "the number's no longer in use". Very frustrating!

Update 10 Oct. 2026:
Avon have been incredibly apologetic and very proactive since receiving my complaint through their Customer Service email last weekend. I also sent them several photos on Monday 5th Oct. and, as requested, they replaced the missing items which I received yesterday. Again delivered by EVRI but this time the box was 100% in tact! So, a BIG THANK YOU to Avon!

Utterly let down.
We're now at 5 days after my paying for express next day delivery (ordered at 10:30am on Thursday for delivery Friday) and Still no tracking is being provided, and no delivery date, along with no courier information.
I have been lied to outright not once, but TWICE immediately following my initial query.
It has taken FIVE agents so far, FIVE days, and still acheived NOTHING.
I received a refund only for the 5.50 shipping charge.
Terrible service given the 45.00 spent on Avon bubble bath- it's no surprise that the company is struggling.

Wow, I did not think I would ever need to give Avon an awful rating. Their reps' phones are switched off, the customer service number is disconnected and they have not picked up my email from 5 days ago. Item arrived damaged and it looks like that's just too bad. Will not ever use them again.

As an Avon Rep for over 40 years with an exemplary account I found myself charged a late fee for £20 due to a family sudden bereavement. Avon refused to waive this charge and referred me to their terms and conditions. According to their T&Cs they should have contacted me to advise of this charge but never did. It took 6 weeks for their Finance Team to respond to their “investigation” and this was by text message on WhatsApp. No telephones or way of contacting them other than a useful virtual assistant. Totally frustrated and have now contacted my customers and closed my account. Will never deal with Avon again and would encourage others not to get involved with them.

It is been 6 days now my order haven't dispatch yet. I emailed them no reply to my email. Terrible experience . I want my refund.

After having an Avon rep.for many years, I found myself without one, so I started ordering on line. The last couple of orders have been problematic, due to the delivery company. I have been amazed at the speed and efficiency of Avons customer service, Fast & Brilliant. Replacements and refunds within 48hrs. Service you don't get very often these days. 10/10 + Thank you Avon!

I placed an order which had an item missing 2 months ago. After sending many emails I have finally been refunded this last week. Customer service is very slow and I dont really feel it should be up to me to keep chasing. But at least I did finally get refunded

Item not delivered. All the phone numbers on website and complaint pdf do not work all out of service. Do not respond to email or WhatsApp. Looking at other reviews this is common practice. Both Avon and Evri are complicit.

Please do not order from Avon they don’t operate with a contact number you can call. If you are an agent they don’t respond back to you and after weeks of chasing they add late payment charges which they don’t remove as they say these are added automatically. Please
Stay clear of using Avon or Becoming an agent !!!!!!

I am so HIGHLY disappointed about the mismanagement of my products by AVON COSMETICS. It has been a month since I have purchased and paid for my products and have still not received a single item- more so neither has AVON, such a reputable company has not bothered to contact me yet my money has been taken. Most frustrating is that there is no number to contact AVON, such a massive company?
It is a level of ridiculous right now that I have paid for something a month ago and have still not received it!

Terrible customer service. Contacted Avon to ask how to do a return. Followed instructions to the letter. Several months later after lots of chasing, Avon is now unwilling to process the returned products. They’ve confirmed receipt of the parcel (and returns form) but won’t refund, or exchange, or provide credit note or return items. They have both the payment for the goods and the goods themselves. Absolutely scandalous unethical behaviour. Avoid

Nothing is right with Avon! Parcels from Evri go missing, or are very badly damaged, plus products go missing from parcels. Unable to contact Avon by telephone, send an email and get no reply. How can I get a refund? Avoid this company like the plague.

So disappointed that the brilliant Avon Works So Soft facial hair removal cream has been discontinued in favour of a new and horrible product. Why, for Pete’s sake?? Why change something that’s gentle and WORKS with something that stings. I could cry.

I always like to buy product items from Avon, especially make-up items. My courier, I have had for a good while now. I wouldn't want to change her for the world.
There is an item I have bought and it suits me to the ground, I have tried many eyebrow products, they have all been good, but, this one is perfect, it is called "Avon Power Stay 72H", and does exactly as per the products details. When I shower it doesn't always come off, although, that depends, if I use my facial products. I definitely recommend this product.

your sales rep, Arizona ratcliff, called my mother the r word and was being super racist. Do better!

My last few experiences haven’t been great. Very late deliveries. Items not available by the time they do the picking etc, but ever the optimist I decided to place another order on December 19th with upgraded next day delivery.

Here we are…January 5th and it hasn’t even been picked yet!
Contacted them early Saturday morning via WhatsApp (as their website suggests) and although it’s not an instant messaging service, so far just radio silence.

They seem not to give a rats backside about their customers or their loyal reps. The fact this is a claimed account yet they choose to ignore all reviews; speaks volumes.

I bought a hairdryer but unfortunately the dryer was dangerously faulty. It glowed up inside and started to melt the brush attachment. Next thing my fire alarms inside my house went off. I sent it back immediately informing them of this. Now over a month later I’m still waiting for my reimbursement even though they said it has been processed and to resolve this issue. Now I will have to involve my bank to dispute this. So disappointed with Avon. I will never order from them again.
