I don't why this copany even exists ? Just founded to torture customers and loot them. Lot of hidden fees/costs. Fake commitments to open loans/OD etc...Whatever product you touch here is a goon.Even incase of urgency dont go for bajaj.....Loan apps are better than Bajaj.

But I dont recommend loan apps tooo. GO through nationilised banks for any loans.

They sell the customer data base to multiple people. Once you are onboarded with Bajaj THATS IT.....your life is screwed up

Worst experience with Bajaj Loan.

I had the worst experience with Bajaj Personal Loan. A Bajaj representative repeatedly pressured me to pay my EMI early, so I made the payment in advance. However, on the actual EMI due date, Bajaj did not even attempt to debit the EMI amount from my bank account.

Despite this, they unfairly imposed a ₹1,200 bounce charge, claiming that ₹37 was unpaid. I verified my bank statement and confirmed that no auto-debit attempt was made on the due date, and I had sufficient balance in my account.

Charging ₹1,200 over an alleged ₹37 due, without even attempting the auto-debit, is completely unfair and unacceptable. I expect Bajaj to reverse these incorrect bounce charges immediately and improve their customer service.

This company is a total fraud. They showed a 7.3% interest rate but are charging 32%. They added a ₹700 fine for being just one hour late. They also added 5 extra services without my permission and charged me for them. Because of this, my 1 Lakh loan has become 2 Lakhs! To make it worse, their customer care does not reply at all."

I am disappointed with my experience with Bajaj Finance. At the time of taking the loan, I was clearly informed by the representative that I would receive a one-month EMI waiver as part of the offer. However, after the loan was processed, I did not receive the promised waiver, and my full EMI was deducted.

I contacted customer support, but the issue has still not been resolved. I expect companies to honor the commitments made during the sales process. Making promises to customers and then failing to fulfill them damages trust.

I request Bajaj Finance to investigate this matter and provide the promised EMI waiver or a proper explanation.

I keep receiving unwanted calls from this company even after requesting them so many times to loose my no.Today again received call n the caller was especially rude n oversmart.He kept poking me even after I said not interested.After saying him no 3 tyms he said but mene call kiya he toh apko tym dema padega look at the audacity .Thinking to lodge an official complaint if this harrassmemt doesmot stop

I was thinking to take loan from baja finserv flexi loan but after seeing these reviews I changed my mind...thanks everyone who share their experiences

Bajaj Finance website and customer service are really horrible. Tried taking an FD; my money got debited from my ICICI account, and then it got stuck at KYC VERIFICATION..took around 17 days to get my money refunded back

I feel robbed by Bajaj Finserv,got call from sales person named Rahul Rao making false promises about cashbacks on loan ,asked me withdraw loan from flexi account,several calls for selling the loan, now after withdrawal I did not receive any cashback. This guy has switched off his phone now. Don't fall for this fraud company.

It is surprise to know this rating as we have worst experince with bajaj. Brief is as below: 1. you can not speak to thier customer care executive on 86980 10101 even you try whole day.Once you take a loan , you can not close as penality is very high. 3. Very high annual maintenance charge for flexi loan. My total outstanding amount is 2000/- and foreclose charges 69000/- and they are taking AMC charges every year.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy F17. The company took my phone on June 23rd, and today is July 9th; I still haven't received my phone back, nor am I getting any response. Just 5 days ago, I even paid the installment for that same phone, but I'm still not getting any response. The company took money from me by saying it was 5%, and now they have backed out after taking the phone. 😡

I wanted to invest in an FD. The site is unfriendly. Their customer care number doesn’t give any option of talking to anyone. I somehow managed a call back by putting in their chat box, The KYC process was tedious. The online didn’t work. The off line worked . I required guidance all the time. Full marks to their employee who guided me in the process.

Very Very bad service..... From bajaj finance.... They will call 1w to 15 excutive for loan..... This is how the organisation runs..... I strongly recommend on one to take loan from this service
