Worst company being a good repayer also fraud insurance policy has been cut everymonth. Customer service is very poor.govt need to take action against such fraud.

Bajaj finance collection executive named Sanchita was a truly terrible and unpleasant person she has absolutely no manners when speaking to someone whenever my EMI was late she would come to our house and create a scene she never spoke civilly. Due to our personal reason was failing to pay emi on time so I had even explained the reason to her but she simply wouldn't understand Bajaj finance company is very bad and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone there is no option of rating 0 otherwise I would have rated this 0

Poor service ! Scammers and looters ! Don’t know the banking. Rahul sardana and Rahul Jha both are bloody looters . Don’t trust this company . Fraud and wastage of time

The license of Bajaj Finserv should be cancelled as they are not fit to be in health services industry. A lab test done does not take more than 48 hrs to provide the full reporr. Application tells partial report and inspite of calling customer care more than 10 times no pragmatic solution. This is a useless company and license should be cancelled.

Worst car insurance company. Amount deducted from credit card as policy renual. I sold my car long back. Complained immediately and case was raised. But nothing happened nobody called me nobody texted me. Don’t buy insurance at Bajaj.

It's the worst finance NBFC.No resolution as well as not having proper consumer grievance for customer.customers are only suffering from lots of trouble and also not raising any customer complaint request although having sufficient manpower.really worst finance in nbfc.

1 STAR - FRAUDULENT SERVICE

Bajaj Finance charged ₹530 joining fee for EMI Card ending 8739 on 02-Jun-2026.

Card shows ACTIVE but KYC status is PENDING for 4 days. App forces "Visit nearest branch" but there is NO Bajaj branch in Mokokchung, Nagaland 798601. Nearest branch is Dimapur 210km away.

This violates RBI KYC Master Direction 2023 which mandates Video KYC when branch not available.

Worse: Grievance emails to are BOUNCING with "Address not found". Customer care 020-7117-8280 gives no solution.

Snapmint and other EMI purchases failing due to Bajaj's pending KYC.

Demand: Enable Video KYC immediately OR full ₹530 refund + close card.

Worst app i bought a phone on emi with bajaj card on declenr 2025 after that first emi was bounced but on 3rd month I paid all amount of rs 30,000 all together with bounce charges but then too theese people are not unblocking my bajaj emi card . I am now going to coniser court as after my emails and calls you people still haven't unblocked my bajaj emi card it's june 2026 3 months were enough .

I activated my Bajaj Finserv EMI Network Card in February and paid ₹530 as the activation fee. However, within just three months, the card was blocked due to "security reasons" without any clear explanation.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had never used the card even once, nor had I violated any of Bajaj Finserv's policies. If I had misused the card or breached any terms, I would understand the action. However, my credit history reflects responsible financial behavior. I have maintained 100% on-time payments and have never missed a single EMI across any of my credit accounts.

Despite this, my card was blocked without prior notice, warning, or a proper explanation. This raises a simple question: if the card was going to be blocked within a few months, what was the purpose of charging customers an activation fee? I paid for a service that I was ultimately unable to use.

To make matters worse, I was unable to reach a human customer support representative. Calls are handled entirely by IVR, and the app support repeatedly states that it is unable to connect me to an executive. As a result, I have been left without answers or assistance regarding my issue.

I request Bajaj Finserv to provide a clear and transparent explanation for blocking my card, review my case, and improve its customer support process so that customers can receive proper assistance when needed.

I cleared all loans i took loans in 2023 also i cleared all but now my bajaj card blocked now am not getting loan due to i made delay payment at the time of covid that to two delay they put extra charges also now u pupil after clearing all emi u blocked ny card is this right way, am a advocate i tried to reach ur agency to remove the same they told u have to wait for 1year, my question after all clearance y u blocked n now u pupil telling me to wait for one year ಅಂದ್ again i hsve to approach u, so i planning to file PIL againist bajaj finance seeking justice for same ಅಂದ್ i c this couldnt happen to any of others from ur end my name Suresh babu k advocate at Aadhyaa law chambers malleswaram bangalore.

Worst finance, my humble request to All please don't purchase and finance this Bajaj finance, very harmful, collected All date, hacking mobile, recovery agents goes to Friend and relatives house, and exicutive also very dangers, why can't ban government this finance, and also very high interest 30 to 35%,

Actually I wanted to give 0 star. Hidden processing charges which goes beyond your AMC. The loan processing person "Sanjana" and verification officer "Neeta" does not understand the calculation. Even after discontinuing insurance the account was added with the same. Their customer support staff are also fools. Pathetic institute. Why RBI still goes with them.

If I could give one star, I would. Horrible parasites. Their sales team calls you 20 times a day just to sell their loans. Pathetic really.

Never ever try to get a loan from Bajaj finance. So far they have called me 79 times in 4 days even though everytime I told them that I do not need it as of now. I even complained to their seniors but nothing hapenned. They will harass you when you say you don't want a loan. I don't know for how long they will keep calling me. Nevee ever give your number or email id to Bajaj finance.

जिसके वजह मे डिफरेंसन मे हु मेरा मन आत्म हत्या करने को कर रहा जिसका ज़िमेदार बज़्ज़ाज ब्रांच Almora ranikhet है प्लीज क्या करा जाय यहां से सामान लेना चाहिए नहीं और Tv 10000 की emi 8 महीने मे 17900 py करनी है क्या ये ठीक है
मेने हौंडा इस्कूटी ली उसकी Emi मेरे से मिस हुई पर ऐसा नहीं हुवा मेने उसकी emi 2 साल मे पूरी कर दीं प्लीज स्पोर्ट 🙏
