Tried Barry M setting spray. Dewy finish but make up still transferred onto clothing. I changed to this from urban decay as this was so expensive. Think I will go back to my original find.

Rubbish service closed the query when they realised their product was rubbish and didn’t respond to resolve.

Read the reviews after what a mistake and seems on their products other customers agree with me.

Other brands with better product and service I am literally that customer who pays cheap I pay twice.

Complete waste of my money. My experience with Hi Vis Neon Matte nail polish has been nothing short of disappointing to say the least. Despite its claims of being neon, the colour barely stands out when applied. Furthermore, the drying time is incredibly long and frustrating. What's worse is the persistent staining it leaves on nails, which is simply unacceptable. Overall, the quality of this nail polish is truly subpar and fails to deliver on its promises, making it an extremely regrettable purchase. Shocking quality! Did they seriously not carry out quality control and tests on human nails before releasing this product?! Or did they simply ignore the obvious and release it still so they could make some quick easy money off of us? I would've demanded a refund but I bought it before leaving to go travelling for a number of months.

I generally LOVE Barry M products, I have many of their nail paints for 2 main reasons - they're vegan, and affordable. A combination that used to be very hard to find.

Unfortunately their recent release "Diamond Luxe" is anything but.

The formula is thinner and patchier than their existing paints, and at an unjustifiably higher cost, it's completely unacceptable that it takes 3-4 layers to become opaque.

To this loyal customer this recent marked-up collection looks like nothing more than a money grab - bring out sparkly paints, pretend they're "luxe" and charge gullible customers like me a premium for a product that in reality is sub par (and definitely not worth more than past sparkly releases like the Molten Metal, Crystal Rock, and Holographic collections).

As someone who avoids openly greedy companies wherever possible, if this kind of behaviour continues in future releases, I'll just stop buying their stuff, they're no longer the monopoly on affordable vegan nail paints they used to be, and I have no loyalty to companies that show no loyalty to me.

I ordered one of the Barry M stamp eyeliners and paid extra for speedy delivery to ensure it arrived in time. Unfortunately for me it took 10 days for it to arrive. I received it 3 days after arriving home! Completely unacceptable and customer service offered me a fiver off my next order. What a joke! Will not be using again!

I love this brand and own nearly 50 of thheir nail polishes, they are so great and i dont think i will ever use a different brand to paint my nails!

I usually buy Barry M products from another store but on this occasion, I shopped online as I wanted to pick up some of the offers/sales.
All items arrived in excellent condition and in the time expected.
I would definitely shop online again!

Sadly as much as I love the products, I won't ever be ordering from them directly again. Poor in every way barring response to a query I had, which was responded to quickly.
I ordered a bulk of nail polish, fifty eight quid or so, the remaining four quid ish, postage.
First irk, if in spending fifty odd quid, don't you think you should really be including postage? Not great
I ordered last Friday, wasn't dispatched until Tuesday after (3 days to pick and pack????) And today is Thursday and still not received because the postage they charge four quid for, apparently isn't even great delivery.
As a comparison, I ordered MAC foundation from Look Fantastic, I got the following day. It was picked, packed dispatched and sent next day delivery. I was charged 27 for the product and get free next day delivery. Compare that quality service to this one
Slow. Clearly don't value customers spending more.
Also if Evri got to my house in the snow within a day why can't UPS withim two days.
Won't be using Barry m again.

Having shopped with Barry m the experience I have had is not so good not only do you have to pay for the items to be sent back they then charge you for another delivery charge on top of that when they receive the item Not good won’t be shopping with Barry m anymore

First time using the Barry M website direct instead of buying superdrug,was so happy at how easy it was to navigate the site and to top it off,the same day they had a very good discount over a certain amount,was so happy when placed everything into basket then added discount to see the final total..Was over the moon,even more happy..received within two days..Will be definately using this company soon has I have already got my eye on afew more things,thank you ever so much for making my first time experience an amazing one..

Second time ordering and will definitely order again, 2 items were damaged and you refunded straight away when I sent a photo, can’t thank you enough easy to deal with.

Slightly put off by the Trustpilot reviews but the '2 for £30 Make Up Bundles' were exactly what I was looking for. Decided to pay via PayPal for added protection. Items were delivered within a week and the make-up bags were stuffed full of products. Really good value, perfect gift for teenage girls and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I buy the nail polish from Superdrug.
A cheap but a very good product 🙂

Horrible Customer Service!
I did not receive my order but I received a different package. I emailed them to tell them this & offered to return it presuming a courier would be sent to me. Sadly not. They expected ME to go into town, pay in a car park & queue up in the post office (it's too big to put in a post box). I refused this & asked for a courier to collect it & I received an email back from Joanna accusing me of wanting to keep goods I had not paid for, despite my very first sentence to them was saying they could collect them & have them back. Disgusting way to treat a customer especially when it was all their mistake!
I phoned up to confirm about a courier finally being arranged to collect it & Joanna had a stroppy tone of voice with me & no apology for the accusation of theft either. Unbelievable.

Useless useless customer service. Purchased items 7 Oct. Sent tracking number. 3 weeks later have to email Barry m as nothing received, apparently i had been given wrong tracking number and package logged as delivered to a local shop. Local shop says nothing received, UPS apparently do this to them on a regular basis. Barry m still refusing to refund until ups confirms its lost or returns it to them despite this. Clearly their delivery partners interests are the priority not the customer whose money they are effectively holding to ransom . Will never purchase from them again and I'd advise you to stay well clear of their website and customer service.

Other companies would have given a refund already or resent the items as it is clear that I, the customer, am the one person who is definitely confirmed to not be in possession of the package but Barry m is giving me the runaround. Now logged a claim with paypal. What a waste of time, energy and money.

It took a week for the order to arrive and it came in a horrid cardboard box. The item is a gift and just looks awful. It did explain with on the website, advising it would be packaged in a white box. The wording was a bit ambiguous and suggested this was packaging for postage. I contacted customer services and they were very unhelpful. Won't be buying anything from them again.

Do not order from this company. Saw an offer on the website placed am order and the offer didn't go through and took my money won't refund me the offer as said it was an offer for march but looked on there today and the offer Is still showing.

Was very happy with placing a order only to find the items dropped in price by 50%! No response to email sent to them, tried placing alternative order, wouldn’t let me place it, few days later, I get an email to place a order and the items are back to full price!

Disgusted at their marketing techniques!
