Extremely disappointed no delivery no response to emails ,reported to PayPal thank goodness i paid With PayPal ,I had a email from feefo site asking for my opinion , I was surprised to see hundreds of people like myself no items received .I ordered these 13th December plenty time , As the site quotes post office 48 hour delivery.

Would not recommend I think there needs to be a no star Experience.

I ordered £100 worth of products for my granddaughter's christmas present, I received a box that appeared to have been tampered with, and inside I found a sweatshirt type top instead of my make up products ordered.
I have contacted Barry m on 3 occasions and had no response........ so where do I go from here? My money has been taken via my credit card.

Poor customer service that where unable to help or explain what had gone wrong
No way to raise a complaint
Surely if something is sent that was not ordered there is a policy
Why wasn’t I contacted if stock had ran out of what I had ordered

The baked Tri blend highlighter is amazing the shade bronze deco is super pigmented and so affordable. I also have two of their lip kits and they’re really easy to apply and long lasting.

I’ve grown up with Barry M, it’s been around for over forty years for a good reason. It was one of the first vegan companies producing cruelty free, inexpensive, good quality makeup. ( I can only assume those giving unappreciative ratings are from competitor companies or are exceptionally demanding.) I say that because I usually only buy the most lauded, premium makeup but recently when fed up with the cost I switched to Barry M, amongst others & have found the quality & makeup equal to any at four times the price. I honestly think some consumers think expense & glittery packaging equals better makeup. Need I say in this case as in most, the proof is in the pudding, not it’s wrapper & this pudding is good & I love my ‘Cocoa Eye Define Liquid Eyeliner’ which looks good, easy to apply, gives subtle or graphic looks & stays put even overnight (unless one forgets & rubs one’s eyes). It’s a rarity, a defining rich brown, perfect for fair complexions & softer looks.
I’ve found the service from Barry M to be very good.

LOVE Barry M, everything I’ve bought form Barry M has been via Boots in store so I don’t have anything to say about the Barry M shipping/delivery process. All I have bought from them is nail polish but WOW it’s a must have. The molten metal and other shiny polishes tho?!! Amazing! Prettiest nail polishes I’ve ever used, sparkly colour is gorgeous and it shines in sunlight!

I’m a big fan of Barry M cosmetics I only use cruelty free but, on my recent purchase was quite shocked to see the product was’Made In China’ a country that makes animal testing compulsory. How on earth can this happen when China state that if you want to sell in mainland China animal testing ‘must’ be done. Why Barry M are you doing this? I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this!

I bought the white eyeliner, I did a test line on my hand to see what it looked like and instantly started to feel a burning and itching sensation. Even after I took it off, my skin was very red and patchy. I DO NOT recommend this product at all.

So I wanted a nice shimmering body oil and in the pictures it looked gorgeous. I bought it from Amazon and it smelled nice but there's literally no shimmer. After a week the oil smells off. I give it 2 stars only because the first week it was smelling so good. I wouldn't buy again

Ordered a few nail polishes from the company during the lockdown and around the Easter weekend; the company sent regular updates via e-mail telling their expected shipment dates for orders placed during that time period, and my order was sent according to their extended delivery time and arrived as expected. The items are as advertised and I enjoy using them.

Wanted to try a new vegan, cruelty free makeup brand and came across Barry M. I waited over 2 weeks for my order arrived and tracking was useless. Once I received my products I immediately tried them all out and discovered they were not up to my standard at all and bad quality compared to similar makeup companies. The lip plumper especially - I understand it should give your lips a slight tingle when you apply it as that is how it plumps your lips, but "tingle" is an understatement. My lips were on fire, so uncomfortable and incredibly distracting so I couldn't even just wear it and go about my day. Even after I wiped it off it was burning. Only thing I will say is that the Nail Varnish is very good quality, and even though the lip plumper was impractical, it did make my lips significantly plumper. I hope they manage to make better quality products in the future.

Bad nail paint formulas and being told by customer service to put a nail remover in it... ridiculous....

Discovered for a lack of the draw, wonderful. Yes, it's vegan cosmetics, yes is colourful and playful, but also very serious. Their products have by far the best quality for price you can find around, they are super gentle even on extremely sensitive skin and so often smell amazingly.
