So I love barry m cant fault the brand or delivery service.
The thing is they have points system when you join them. I had 400 points by joining their socail media Facebook and referring a friend etc. So like that they give you points. I decided to check if points work, as I usually do, little did I know if I do this il loose my points! Literally Gone! AND DISAPPEARED!! I had not even checked out. Now I'm a customer il put things in cart to see total price before paying. Barry m this is unfair. How do I get those points back to shop with you again! Also never been a huge fan of thier makeup but lip liners and polishes are amazing.

I used Barry M in the 1980s and loved the product choice and the quality.

Recently I have purchased 9 items for my daughter and myself
And also 4 gift sets packed with goodies for my grandaughter's Christmas box ....each and every one totally fabulous and great value .
Will recommend 100% and will definately be purchasing more .

First time ordering from Barry M. No problems with order, arrived timeously, well packaged and pleased with products. Will definitely order again.

Wouldn’t give any stars if possible. Very bad service. Lack of communication. Don’t bother even trying to email them as you won’t get a response. Eventually got a message after I sent a message via Facebook messenger. Placed order 12 days ago and order still not received.

I am adding to previous review to say that I’ve had a few emails back from customer service to explain that they did have a system error and have apologised for it. Order received after followed up by email to check that I had got it. Therefore, I will give them the benefit and adjust my rating.

I have been asking them to respond to me and have just now sent a third email asking for them to at least acknowledge my emails.

I was advised my items were left at “the front desk” the funny thing is I do not have a front desk.

None of my neighbours have taken anything in for me as the normally do.

I ordered these items for an event and made sure there was enough time for them to arrive if there were any issues.

Now they have taken my money they are not responding to me- nor have they acknowledged ONE of my emails.

I’m very unhappy and am not in the mood to be on hold for X time on their phone lines because they cannot show some customers service and respond to me.

Maybe this review will get them to help me.

I’m fed up

Brought some barry m nail varnish from superdrug. Ok only £3.49 but its rubbish!. Thick and clumpy and peels and scratches very easily. Will use it to stencil some flower pots

Needed to return some eyeshadow creams as they irritated my eyelids. Customer service was practically useless, telling me that since I had opened one, I could only return the unopened one. As these eyeshadow creams were about 3 or 4 pounds each, there was no point as postage would have been the same amount. I had a completely different experience returning a used eyeshadow palette at boots a while ago - they accepted the return and gave me extra points as compensation for delays in their responses. Despicable customer service Barry M! Will not be purchasing from you again.

I emailed Barry M to enquire about the Matte Me Up Lip Kit in shade Pose as I was aware this was being discontinued, and wanted to know if there was anywhere to buy it. A few days later I received a response saying unfortunately they wouldn’t be selling it anymore BUT they had found 3 in their cupboard if I wanted to purchase them. I was ECSTATIC to say the least as it is my favourite lip kit ever! I phoned Joanna in the office and she sorted everything out and the next day I received the kits. Thank you SO much Joanna you were brilliant!

Terrible customer service from Barry m.
Sent numerous emails and Instagram messages regarding my order delivery status and no one has replied.
Should’ve went to Superdrug

Bought 3 stick eyeshadows and within an hour a chemical reaction takes place and it burns/itches difficult to describe the pain and soreness. So of course these are useless products but Barry M will not give me a refund. They just say they will give me £5 to spend on their website but I am not prepared to get any more stuff from them as it has caustic ingredients. Also £5 doesn't cover the money I lost out on and I have to pay postage.

I think these stick eyeshadows should be tested again and left for an hour to see how caustic they are. Also then it is difficult to remove the eyeshadow and it feels like glass scrapping against your eyelid.
Not pleasant at all and Barry M should stop making them and give me a full refund.
Superdrug was the place I originally got them from but superdrug said that is a problem with the manufacturer Barry M so they sent me to Barry M.
Also Barry M just sent me an email saying take it back to superdrug but superdrug have already said take it to Barry M.
I do not recommend these new Barry M products.

Doesn’t tell you shipping amount until after payment details are entered. I selected Apple Pay which then completed my order (I was expecting another confirmation page showing the total first!) emailed customer care to cancel the order and was told there was no way. If I had known the shipping costs upfront id have spent more to qualify for free shipping. No response from customer service. Won’t order from them again.

Really impressed with the Barry M customer service . The first time I have ordered online and my parcel went missing. I sent an email which was picked up by Marlene. Amazing customer service, she was polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

It was the first time I have ordered from Barry M online as I usually just get their products elsewhere but decides to try their website this time during lockdown here in the UK. Everything arrived very quickly and great condition.

Bought alot of gifts in 2020 and was really looking forward to the loyalty gift as a treat for myself. This never materialised, contacted customer support to be told “We will be sending you a lovely gift filled with goodies!” chased this up after a month to then be fobbed off that the loyalty gift was 1 free item. Complained this wasn’t what I’d been promised and I eventually received a bundle (of items that I’d already purchased from them). Disappointed with the poor customer service, they failed to read my emails properly then replied with excuses and caused excessive delays. Needless to say they’ve lost a customer because I haven’t ordered since, it speaks volumes how a company treats customers after taking their money and they definitely failed on this occasion taking 2 months to issue a rewards gift to a customer is ridiculous!

Lovely nail polishes, easy to use, and to take off (glitters take a bit more soaking off time). Customer support is quick and any problems swiftly sorted out. I have recommended these to all my friends and family.

Terrible customer service, haven't received order, order confirmation says they use Royal Mail but it's UPS which are useless! Not a small order either and at times like these correspondence to emails are helpful! Will not be ordering from them again!!

Ordering directly from their website instead of Boots or Superdrug has been terrible. The delivery took absolutely ages to arrive, more than a month.

Also the lack of response to emails regarding my order, website stated ‘free lip product’ over a certain amount to order, charged me for the product and won’t refund it out of good will..

Didnt get goods cant make complaint...small claims maybe???
