As an older woman, I wanted to find scientifically-backed skin care at affordable prices. Beauty Pie offers that. The introductory offers are excellent and I received a collection of beautiful products, all of which I am using and will repurchase. The products I signed up to Beauty Pie to buy are also beautiful and brilliantly priced for the quality.

I just love all the Beauty Pie products. Fantastic range, exceptional quality and all at really reasonable prices. I love their skincare and makeup and have tried so many of their products, all fantastic. I’ve already recommended them to all of my friends and family too.

I love Beauty Pie products. The reason I took out a subscription was because of their absolutely fantastic Everyday Great Skin Foundation, which is a fab substitute for the Estée Lauder product I’ve used previously, However, for most of my membership period this product has been out of stock in the lighter shades that I use. This makes my membership a bit of a rip off! The excuse offered by Beauty Pie is about the ‘sheer number of moving parts in our supply chain’
Whilst that maybe true, to fail to offer such a basic product for such a long period of time, to customers who have subscribed for the privilege, is unacceptable.
I asked for an extension to my membership and was told that this was not possible. Instead I’ve been offered a £5 voucher and free postage against my next purchase of non existent products. Unbelievable!
Beauty Pie is fab when it works. Great quality and good value. However, in my experience it does not seem to be working and they need to address this urgently.
In the meantime, think carefully before you commit to a membership, it may not be the good value that it appears to be.

As a Beauty Pie member I get quality products at affordable prices. I have tried several products and I have been very happy with each one. I love Youthbomb. It's one of my favorite products! Shipping is always fast and I am very happy to get the cute pink box.

I am astounded by the fantastic quality of every Beauty Pie product I've gotten so far, especially considering the cost. I've spent far more for far less quality. I'm a total convert. Though, I can't speak to their cosmetics -- but my skincare routine is peak and I get tons of compliments on my skin, even postpartum at 37. ✨💅💋

Beauty pie is an amazing company that sells high quality products for a price that feels fair. All of their packaging is also beautiful and the products are amazing.

Having been a loyal customer for many years I thought I’d let my membership lapse (I hadn’t and now I have 2 accounts I am paying for). I renewed my membership at the start of August and promptly placed an order with the view to take items on holiday. The delivery took so long that products didn’t arrive in time so I decided to cancel my membership within the 14 day cooling off period and return the order. I am still waiting for someone to authorise the return. The customer services phone number doesn’t connect and only AI bots reply. Every time I email for an update, the time frame extends…14 working days to respond to a email…that’s not on! I want my money back. Really disappointing Beauty Pie as your products are great but communication is key!

My parcel was delivered , unfortunately I was at work and on my return , couldn’t find the parcel and asked at several neighbours’ to see if they had the parcel. I’ve emailed Beauty Pie pie on 3 occasions and basically they’ve done nothing. Basically, they’ve done nothing.Ive paid almost £60 and have nothing to show for it. Customer service is appalling. So I’m leaving a bad review in the hope of drawing someone’s attention to it and they’ll get in touch to sort this out.

Beauty Pie is an excellent concept ie the consumer not having to pay for all the advertising costs and packaging as with the big brands of makeup and toiletries. You pay a subscription annually in order to buy good products at a very reasonable price, but be warned that the annual sub is automatically debited from your credit card, if you don’t tell Beauty Pie to end your subscription. You can easily forget this once you’ve set up the first subscription. In my case I wanted to close the subscription after it had been renewed unbeknown to me, although it was there in the small print. Despite Beauty Pie taking ages to get back to me because of some problem with their website they sent automated updates and kept me informed. In the end they closed my account and sent me my subscription back as a gesture of goodwill. So well done Beauty Pie for getting it right and being there for customers.

I have been a beauty pie customer on and off for years. On 1st August I ordered and paid for £60 worth of hair products and they appear lost in transit with Evri. I have filled in two generic customer service forms already and what makes it more frustrating is ,unlike other companies ,there is not even a generic email response to confirm they have received the query. I’m very disappointed. I have now cancelled my membership renewal. Terribly poor service. Unfortunately would no longer recommend.

Really impressed with Beauty Pie. I love the proposition – top-notch skincare and beauty products without the eye-watering prices.

I tend to stick to the star products that everyone raves about rather than getting distracted by the constant stream of new launches, and I’ve found some real gems. The tubing mascara is brilliant, the Smooth Ahead lip balm is a firm favourite, and the shower gel is wonderful.

I looked at joining Beauty Pie for a long time but finally couldn’t resist the offer they had for joining up. I am really enjoying being a member and can’t believe the bargains I have bought and how good they are. Postage is fast and usually free and I love the pink boxes 🩷
