Beauty pie has transformed my beauty routine, spending habits and most importantly my skin. I no longer waste time and money on overpriced products which promise miracles and deliver variable results. I use almost exclusively Beauty pie products and my skin is in much better condition as a result.

So disappointed with Beauty Pie. I’ve been ordering from them religiously for 2 years now and love the products but their customer service has really let them down. A few weeks ago my delivery was delivered to the wrong address. I tracked down the house but the owners said they hadn’t seen it. I reported to beauty pie and since have just received automatic replies and AI bots. It’s now nearly 3 weeks later and I’m over £100 out of pocket and no response from beauty pie as to how they’re going to fix it. If they don’t sort this out soon they’re going to lose loyal customers.

I've been a member for a few years and saved a lot of money on products not available on high street, I swear by the waterproof mascara it wont budge and the only way to remove it is with the remover on sale at Beauty Pie, being a member is great value because of what you can save and there are items we all use daily and for every skin type and age.

Well where do I start from ...the packaging is so delightful ..it comes in a pink box with public tissue paper . You feel its xmas everytime . The products actually work at a reasonable price woth a wide range to choose from . Plus there is so much to choose from. Its a delight everytime to order . I would love to receive testers but havent been asked as yet . The quality of their youth bomb range is second to none im on my 4th bottle with the entire range. I only buy from beauty pie and havent shopped else where since. Their setting spray does what it says in the bottle and im probably on my 5th bottle . Their spf ive bought multiple supplies and have gone through dozens of bottle . Their violet shampoo is nothing like anything on the shop shelves . Worth every penny .

The products are good quality and a very reasonable price. The collagen is very good and the makeup very reasonable compared to some of the competitors. Some of the skincare has gone up in Price a bit and made it slightly out of my bracket but the company still have plenty on offer that I can afford.

I’ve been a loyal Beauty Pie member since 2020 and genuinely love the products, but the customer service has become practically non-existent lately. When you're paying an annual fee just for the privilege to shop, you'd at least expect basic customer care to be part of the package.

I booked a last-minute trip recently and placed an order around 8:00 AM, paying extra for next-day delivery. The site clearly states the cut-off is 5:00 PM, so I figured I was well within time. Literally five minutes after checking out, I got a promo email for a deal on body washes. I messaged straight away to see if they could add them to the order I'd just placed, but got a generic AI brush-off saying orders can't be changed. I asked if they could offer free shipping so I could grab the deal, but that was a flat no too. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

The real issue is that the order didn't arrive the next day, meaning I had to leave for my trip without it. This isn't the first time their express delivery hadn't arrived on time, so I reached out to let them know, expecting at least a quick acknowledgment or apology. It's now been three weeks of complete radio silence.

When I got back from the trip, I started a return for the items I didn't get to use. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to simply approve the request and send a returns label. Their automated emails state returns must be received within two weeks of the order date, so their own support backlog makes it nearly impossible to follow their policy.

The products themselves are great, but the lack of care, unreliable delivery, and absent support mean it's just not worth the membership fee anymore. After six years, I’ll be cancelling.

I have been using Beauty Pie for many years. Last week I put in an order and received an email informing me that my product was being sent to my previous address. This was minutes after I placed the order. I contacted Beauty Pie immediately to be informed that they had the correct address and that I should contact the courier when I received the tracking information. They did not have the correct address as I have received several parcels at my current address. I pointed this out. Today I received notification that my goods had been successfully delivered to my former address. A hundred miles from where I now live. Well done Beauty Pie. Terrible customer relations. I shall not be using you again .
