Products are lovely and arrives quickly from placing orders. Unfortunately prices have risen though recently so I am not able to place many orders like I use too because of sudden changes that has recently happened to my life. Been a BP member now I think 6 years.

Brilliant products at fantastic prices - what’s not to like!

I have been a Beauty Pie member for over five years and have always loved their products, so I’m particularly disappointed by how this situation has been handled.
Order BP-4228367, worth £41, was marked as delivered by Evri on 23 July. I did not receive the parcel. The only delivery photograph provided by Evri is completely black and shows no parcel, property or delivery location, so it provides no meaningful evidence that the order was delivered.
I have checked with neighbours and around the property and have been contacting Beauty Pie since 27 July, through both email and online chat, without successfully getting the matter resolved.
I eventually submitted a formal complaint. Beauty Pie's response acknowledged that I had not received the parcel and that the delivery photograph "does not provide usable evidence of delivery", but the response was generated by its AI support system and simply said that someone would follow up to investigate with Evri.
I have now formally requested that Beauty Pie investigate the delivery with Evri and either resend my three products or provide a full refund. I have also given a seven-day deadline for a substantive response.
This has been particularly frustrating because the products included my regular cleanser and moisturiser, which I have now had to replace elsewhere at additional expense, despite already having paid Beauty Pie for them. I’ve never left a Trustpilot Review before but Beauty Pie seem to respond more to such reviews than emails and contact forms.
After being a loyal member for more than five years and consistently loving the products, I find it incredibly disappointing to have spent weeks trying to get help with what should be a relatively straightforward delivery issue.
I am posting this review because email and chat have so far failed to get the matter resolved. I would simply like Beauty Pie to take responsibility for the delivery issue, investigate it with Evri and provide the products I paid for — or refund me — and hopefully restore the level of customer service I have previously experienced from a company I have been very happy to support for so many years.

Wonderful company to deal with, the advice chat line is easy and they make sure they have all your information and concerns before recommending a product. The membership ( not compulsory) means you get fantastic products at a marvellous discount. My skin is fantastic. The delivery is very quick normally within a few days.Marie

I love their products: top quality formulations. Most are suitable for sensitive skin though some creams may be more strongly fragranced. SPF for face is best I’ve tried. Quick dispatch, lovely packaging and excellent customer service. Just watch out that product reviews default to most highly rated- switching to most recent gives a clearer picture. Sometimes products can be out of stock a while. Overall worth the subscription though

As an older woman, I wanted to find scientifically-backed skin care at affordable prices. Beauty Pie offers that. The introductory offers are excellent and I received a collection of beautiful products, all of which I am using and will repurchase. The products I signed up to Beauty Pie to buy are also beautiful and brilliantly priced for the quality.

I just love all the Beauty Pie products. Fantastic range, exceptional quality and all at really reasonable prices. I love their skincare and makeup and have tried so many of their products, all fantastic. I’ve already recommended them to all of my friends and family too.

I love Beauty Pie products. The reason I took out a subscription was because of their absolutely fantastic Everyday Great Skin Foundation, which is a fab substitute for the Estée Lauder product I’ve used previously, However, for most of my membership period this product has been out of stock in the lighter shades that I use. This makes my membership a bit of a rip off! The excuse offered by Beauty Pie is about the ‘sheer number of moving parts in our supply chain’
Whilst that maybe true, to fail to offer such a basic product for such a long period of time, to customers who have subscribed for the privilege, is unacceptable.
I asked for an extension to my membership and was told that this was not possible. Instead I’ve been offered a £5 voucher and free postage against my next purchase of non existent products. Unbelievable!
Beauty Pie is fab when it works. Great quality and good value. However, in my experience it does not seem to be working and they need to address this urgently.
In the meantime, think carefully before you commit to a membership, it may not be the good value that it appears to be.

As a Beauty Pie member I get quality products at affordable prices. I have tried several products and I have been very happy with each one. I love Youthbomb. It's one of my favorite products! Shipping is always fast and I am very happy to get the cute pink box.
