I’m a member and have spent hundreds of pounds on Beauty Pie products, so I can only imagine how non-members are treated.

A month ago, I ordered several products. One tube of cream arrived without a pump, making it completely unusable. I contacted Beauty Pie immediately and included a photo. I received an acknowledgement and a promise that the “Happiness Team” would resolve it.

Two weeks passed with no response, so I contacted you again. That was another two weeks ago. I received almost exactly the same scripted response, except this time you had the audacity to send me a customer service survey.

Four weeks, two contacts and still no replacement or resolution. This is shocking customer service and certainly not what I would expect from a membership-based brand. This was before I received the attached. On which planet is it acceptable to blame the customer for a malfunctioning product? And what exactly is this “Happiness Team”? Do they actually read customers’ enquiries before responding, or just send out a generic script? How insulting.

One thing I know about dealing with customer complaints is that you treat customers with respect. You don’t simply answer cases in the order they’re received, treat customers like idiots or, most certainly, blame them for problems with your own product or service. Waiting a month for a meaningful response is utterly unacceptable.

Membership of Beauty Pie was my 2020 lockdown treat to myself and I'm still in the club...great quality products sold at sensible prices, all delivered quickly and stylishly

I have been a member for over 2 years. My Daughter bought me the first membership for my Birthday and still continues to do so. I have lots of favourite in all areas….body, face, hair and I have just bought the light face mask. Great company which I will continue to enjoy especially at such good prices and great quality.

Literal mould is growing in product. Customer service is not providing a solution except saying I can return the product at no cost.. absolutely disgusting all around

I’ve been a beauty pie subscriber for a year. There are so many hero products that I now can’t live without. I love the magnesium & lavender bath soak, the featherweight sunscreen & the vit c cream. Too many to mention.

Great products
I am relatively new to Beauty Pir but am do glad I found them. Favourite products so far, tubing mascara is fabulous, Uber Youth is amazing only a quarter of the bottle used and I have already noticed a difference. The SPF is truly lightweight and no white cast.

Great website and product range, easy to order. Delivered on time in such gorgeous packaging! Being a member gives amazing discounts. I have sensitive skin and their face serums and moisturisers are super! Love the body washes and creams 10/10 ❤️

Beauty Pie has a wonderful range of products, well priced, beautifully delivered and customer service fantastic.

Always pleased when my pink box turns up. Usually promptly. Only one or two products have disappointed … most have become regulars on my order.

I placed a £34.50 order to qualify for the members' free delivery promotion, only to receive an email less than 24 hours later offering an anniversary gift on orders over £29. Had I been notified beforehand, I would have qualified for the gift. Missing out by just 19 hours feels unfair and incredibly frustrating for a loyal member since 2024.

What makes this even worse is that customer service has ignored every single email I've sent asking about the issue. To add insult to injury, my membership renewal was processed automatically without any reminder, so they were quick enough to take my money, twice in the space of a week, but not to respond to a genuine customer query.

Really disappointing service. Be careful before signing up, the membership benefits are not always what they seem, and customer support has been non-existent.
