Beauty Pie Bewertungen 

Have been bought a subscription membership and starter kit for my birthday. But even though my email address and my address for delivery as well as uther details stating the membership should be on my email, It has stuck on my partners email, so I don't have a membership still.
Mistakes happen I understand that but what is very annoying, is beauty pie does not seem to have a working customer service, there can only be reached by email, with information stating thay may probably get back to you after fourteen working days.
Frustrating and not atall helpful 😒

I have loved every product that I have purchased from Beauty Pie. I have been a Marcia Kilgore fan since her Bliss days so I was very excited when she launched Beauty Pie. I love all the information that is included with each item and her weekly letter is always an interesting and well - researched read.

I’ve been using Beauty Pie for at least five years and the products are not full of cheap ingredients that cause skin problems on top of normal aging and very affordable. I personally really like them and have recommended to quite a few people as they know my career was in skin care so they know I have knowledge of products and treatments.

Huge fan of the product quality (I mostly buy haircare and supplements!). In particular, the Hair Oil Elixir is AMAZING - has turned my brittle, hard-water damaged hair into soft, manageable waves that stay shiny for the 3-4 days between washes. Also use the Hair Loss treatment on my scalp (2 times a week for a year) and have seen new growth that is now a few inches long - my hairdresser comments on the improvement!

Always a great range of excellent products and very good value for money. I love Beauty Pie!

Have been a member for over two years and love their products. However, an item arrived damaged over 6 weeks ago and, having emailed numerous times, I have received no reply. Very disappointed as makes me anxious about ordering again when I know issues will not be easily resolved.

Been with beautypie for two years with no problems, July they updated their system and I CANNOT even log in! Sends a code, code is correct but says error! Tried on various devices, and nothing! Just the wheel of doom that twirls and twirls! E mailed several times with AI bot and an actual team member who escalated it to shopify? A gesture of £10 which only covers the two months I’ve barely had access too!

But looking chronologically at recent reviews it seems orders are taking ages!

I’m going to submit a claim to my bank to reverse the charge, I’ll be honest the products are ok they’re nothing hugely wow, so if it’s going to be this hard to log in I’ll have my money back please and be submitting a claim for the fact you’ve not let me log in and done nothing to help me log in!

Save you pennies and go elsewhere!

Order was allegedly 'damaged in transit'. No correspondence from Beauty Pie, just an automated message from the courier. I queried the non delivery directly with Beauty Pie but received an auto-generated AI message! Still no communication from Beauty Pie and no sign of my goods, which were ordered over 10 days ago and were due to be delivered withing 3-5 working days. Very very poor customer service.

I have been using Beautypie for a number of years and love being able to try high quality products for a much more affordable price. Many of my regular products have come from BeautyPie

Customer service terrible, can only talk to AI generated response which is use less, Been waiting for my order since 24th July 4 weeks. And still waiting no updates given. I needed products for my Holiday, over £100 I will now have to spend another £100 somewhere else I have requested a refund but can only talk to AI I do not recommend this company
