I have been waiting for over a week since scheduled delivery date. Discussed as i have requested refund do I can purchase from another supplier as my son has been stuck sleeping on the floor.

What can I say BDF Direct. Quite outstanding and a very refreshing experience in this day and age. We researched up to 20 divan base suppliers looking for a super king frame and were initially impressed with your options from standard height to deeper height, drawers, no drawers, colours etc etc. You even supplied a couple of colour samples prior to order which was very helpful in matching our existing headboard. From order on Monday to delivery on Friday, the same week, and simple construction in 20 mins. Absolutely Outstanding and a great price to boot. What service 👍👍👍

I ordered 2 ottoman bases and 2 head boards. On one the colour of the base was different from the headboard. As soon as I placed the order they called me to say the base was a different colour to the headboard. I changed it so they matched. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful this is the second time we have brought from bed factory and would definitely order again and recommend
