These people are preying on first time home buyers. Whilst not inherently a scam, they do flood you with up to 700 pages or purely garbage information and significantly outdated reports. You should also NEVER! purchase a Building and Pest through BYB.

That level of transparency and proactive communication made what could have been a very stressful process much easier to manage.
