Schlechteste Qualität. Ich selbst könnte diese „Kleidung“ aus alten Stoffresten besser zusammennähen.
Retoure ist unfassbar teuer und Geld bekommt man auch nicht zurück. Emails werden einfach ignoriert.

Ich habe zwei Bikinis bestellt die mir leider nicht gepasst haben, deshalb wollte ich sie gerne zurück senden. Ich habe Berlook etliche Male kontaktieret um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen aber keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da ich nun auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben bin!

Ich kann nur abraten hier zu bestellen! Wollte Ware retournieren aber Händler reagiert ewig nicht auf Anfrage. Dann schlägt er mir tatsächlich vor, die Ware zu behalten und zu spenden!!!! Habe ware ordentlich retourniert und kein Geld zurückbekommen!!!! Rücksendung versichert kostet in die USA ca 45 Euro!!! Finger weg von dem Händler!!!

Schlechter Kundenservice, noch schlechtere Rückgabe-Policy
Extrem schlechter Kundenservice. Ich hab einen Teil meiner Bestellung vor einem Monat zurückgeschickt und dabei den Versand selbst bezahlt (wird auch nicht erstattet). Seit dem habe ich keine Antwort mehr erhalten, die Rückerstattung der Produkte ist auch nicht erfolgt. So eine Dreistigkeit hab ich noch nie erlebt. Daher kann ich von dem Shop nur abraten!

Die Retoure ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Ware, die nunmal leider nicht passt, soll nach Californien geschickt werden. Natürlich unterstützt da der Support nicht. Man könnte ja als Unternehmen die Rücksendung veranlassen und die Kosten dann abziehen, aber das hat man komplett ignoriert. Stattdessen soll man mittlerweile 50 Euro zahlen (man kann auch für 19 Euro versenden- nur dann ohne jede Versicherung und Tracking). Hat man die Tracking nicht, läuft man wohlmöglich noch Gefahr, dass behauptet wird, dass die Ware nie ankam. Dann bekommt man nicht nur sein Geld nicht zurück, nein man hat auch die Versandkosten umsonst bezahlt. Unglaublich, dass mit so einer Masche versucht wird, dass man die Ware behält oder mit hohen Verlusten versucht weiter zu verkaufen. Hab ich noch nie erlebt. Es ist nun mal nicht jede Passform immer gleich und eine Rücksendung sollte nicht solchen Kummer verursachen. Schade, dass man hier immer die gleiche Antwort liest und es kein entgegenkommen gibt. Ich werde es mit Sicherheit nicht weiterempfehlen.

Naja ..
Ich habe insgesamt 5-6 Bikinis bestellt, weil ich eben gleich mehrere Anprobieren wollte und nur einmal bestellen wollt, so dass es dann erledigt ist. Nun ist es so, das ich Bikinis zurückschicken möchte daraufhin leider keine Rückmeldung. bekomme bis heute. Ich habe noch die Hoffnung dass sich jemand bei mir meldet und ich nicht auf den Kosten sitzen bleibe. Die Bikinis die ich behalte sitzen wirklich sehr gut und sehen auch schön aus und fühlen sich auch gut vom Material an.
Kleine Fäden oder Nähte stehen ab, was ich nicht weiter schlimm finde, da man es gut mit einer Schere weg schneiden kann

Begeistert
Hatte einen Fehler in der Bestellung (Größe), diese wurde auf Anfrage sofort geändert und der Kontakt war sehr gut. Die Zusammensetzung der Stoffe werden einzeln aufgelistet und benannt. Der Badeanzug fühlt sich hochwertig und sehr gut auf der Haut an. Jedoch steht der ein oder andere Faden ab. Dennoch bin ich wirklich begeistert!
