Produkt, Verpackung und lieferzeit super!
Ich war sehr skeptisch bei einer mir damals noch unbekannten Firma Bikinis zu bestellen.
Aber wow! die ich habe 2 Oberteile und 3 Unterteile bestellt. Die Ware war nach ca 1 Woche bei mir und passte wie angegossen! (ich habe meine Grösse gemäss ihrer Homepage abgemessen)
Das Material ist sehr angenehm und der Bikinis sehen aus wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Schnitt der Unterteile, wie angegeben etwas high waste.
Auch die Verpackung war tiptop, kein unnötiger Plastik und angemessen grosses packing, eco-friendly.

Der Versand ging schnell. Die Ware hatte eine gute Qualität. Ich trage normalerweise die Größe XXS - bestellen konnte man nur Gr. XS, diese passt jedoch sehr gut. Fällt wohl kleiner aus.

50€ Rücksendekosten!
Ich habe drei Bikinis bestellt. Zwei Oberteile sitzen total schrecklich. Bei einem ist in der Mitte ein Knoten, dadurch werden die Cups total verzogen. Ich habe vorher extra alles ausgemessen, damit es gut sitzt. Auch mit den Hosen bin ich nicht zufrieden.
Auf meine Retourenanfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Ware nach Californien in den USA schicken soll! Davon habe ich vorher auf der Website kein einziges Wort gelesen. Die Versandkosten dafür betragen 50€!
Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass da vorher nicht drüber aufgeklärt wird und die Bikinis dazu überhaupt nicht gut sitzen.

Probleme beim zurücksenden
Sehr schade:/ habe zwar beim ersten bestellen alle Teile behalten aber beim zweiten Kauf. Hatte ich mir eine Auswahl bestellt, wollte eins davon behalten und die anderen zurück senden, weil die Farbe mir nicht gefallen hatte und ich mir das anderes vorgestellt hatte. Leider konnte ich diese Bikinis nicht zurück senden. Erst stand dort, sie würden die Rücksendungsanfrage gearbeitet aber es kam keine Reaktion. Finde ich sehr schade weil die Bikinis Ansich wirklich sehr schön sind. Und ich gerne mehr von denen hätte…

Rückgabe unmöglich
Ich war mit dem Schnitt einer Badehose unzufrieden und wollte diese zurückgeben. Leider trat das gleiche Problem auf, das hier von vielen beschrieben wurde - die Produkte kommen aus Dreieich bei Frankfurt, sollen aber nach Kalifornien "zurückgeschickt" werden. Bei den hohen Versandkosten, die man selbst tragen muss, lohnt sich natürlich die Rücksendung nicht. Sehr ärgerlich und NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

fällt kleiner aus, Retoure quasi nicht möglich
Die Sachen fallen klein aus. Der Retourenprozess ist eine Katastrophe, da man es nach Kalifornien zurückschicken muss. Die Rücksendekosten sind also höher als die bestellten Artikel. Oder man behält es und bekommt Credits auf der Website. Aber wer bestellt auf einer Website, wenn er beim ersten Mal nicht zufrieden war?! Sehr unwahrscheinlich. Aber die Qualität der Bikinis ist nicht schlecht.
