Hi John,

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you back for many more enjoyable visits.
Kind regards,

Amazing... but parking is expensive.
Really happy with the facilities with the cost for a single centre membership being £43. Staff have been very kind and helpful.
The only issue I have is not with the centre but with the council car park. For my car an hours parking is £1.90 so if I want to go swimming x3 a week for a month then I am looking at around £25 in parking alone. In an ideal world, I would love to see a discount or a least partnership between the two that meant I didn't have to pay individually each time and could do a bundle. That being said, I have never struggled to find a parking spot.
Still really love the centre and will continue to use.

Hi Abigail,
Thank you for your lovely feedback and continued support.
We're happy to hear that you've had such positive experiences with the team and feel you're getting good value from your membership.
We appreciate your thoughts regarding parking costs and can certainly understand how this can add up for regular visits.
While the car park is managed separately, feedback like yours is always useful and helps us better understand the factors that impact our customers' experience.
It's great to hear that parking availability has been reliable and, most importantly, that you continue to enjoy using the centre. We look forward to welcoming you back for many more visits.
Warm Regards,
Azaria
The app and website needs update
The app and website needs update. I had to go to the centre to sign up my kids to swimming lessons sa the app and website was giving me an error. They couldn't do it via phone as well as the contact number is for all the better centres. Very annoying.

Hi Vince,
Thank you for your feedback.
We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to visit the centre in person, particularly after being unable to resolve the issue over the phone.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,

Trampolining party
Booked a trampolining party for my son's 6th birthday party. Hattie was super helpful along the way and the party went very smoothly (with minimum stress for me!) The kids all had a great time and on the day the team on reception were very helpful and welcoming. There is parking on-site but note some of it is quite tight.

Mixed feelings
Nicely kept and reasonably clean. Shame about the attitude and service of the staff. Stick with online booking and keep interactions to a minimum ! Don't bother with the cafe either. Waiting over 20 minutes for a drink because they cocked up and then served every other person in the queue before sorting mine out was not the best of experiences. It also meant we had to split up as a family as our activity started. The drink wasn't even that nice for the price they charge.

Noisy Puttify
My children regularly attend swimming classes and I am member of the gym.
My feedback is with regards to Puttify, which I had not booked before.
We booked for 2 groups of 6 children and the noise was unbearable, despite no other users during our stay. Our smart devices kept flagging unsafe dB levels. It is unlikely that the space complies with the relevant BS requirements.
I'd suggest they implement acoustic panels on walls/ceilings, as there is no acoustic treatment at all and all is hard surfaces. There are cheap solutions available in the market which would help make this a more enjoyable experience. The game itself is fun and engaging, both for friends and family. We'd give it a go again for either, but only if the noise issue is resolved.
Many thanks

Antwort von Better - Bath Sports and Leisure Centre
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and for being both a gym member and bringing your children to swimming classes with us.
We’re really sorry to hear that your experience with Puttify was impacted by the noise levels. Your comments about the acoustics and the impact on comfort and safety are taken very seriously. It’s certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, especially when you’re trying something new as a group.
We appreciate your constructive suggestions regarding acoustic treatment, such as the addition of wall or ceiling panels. Feedback like this is extremely valuable, and we will ensure it is passed on to the relevant team for review and consideration, including any compliance concerns.
It’s great to hear that you found the game itself fun and engaging, and we do hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable visit once improvements have been explored.
Warm Regards,
Hazal
You really must choose your time of day…
You really must choose your time of day to attend but I love the open space at the Bath Sports Centre, the anonymity that I can have. I just go and get on with my thing. There are great groups, like Women’s Strength, which helps women build knowledge of how to use free weights. The classes are great, but often rather full. Early in the morning is my favourite time. Cool and calm in the gym. The staff are often a little distracted, but when you ned someone there is always a person around.

It’s great to hear that you enjoy the open space and the flexibility to focus on your own routine, as well as the supportive atmosphere in classes like Women’s Strength. We’re glad these sessions are helping build confidence and knowledge.
We also appreciate your honest comments about class availability and staffing. We understand that busy classes and team visibility can impact your experience, and your feedback will be shared with the centre team to help improve this.
It’s lovely to hear that you’ve found a time that works well for you, and we hope you continue to enjoy your visits.
