We were due to visit grandson who was celebrating his 4th birthday. He told us if we need to go out, then go out they will re deliver. We waited an extra hour and product was delivered. Price was very competitive and no charge for delivery!!!

I bought a heavily discounted "old model" (but expensive) LG Oled TV but it turned out they didn't have any 2024 models left, so they gave me a 2026 model at the same discounted price saving nearly £200....and I didnt even have to ask!
Then they delivered it for free in less than 36 hours.

I was in the market for a new TV , I had tried the usual Currys ,AO etc , they had the TV I wanted ( Samsung OLED ) the price seemed reasonable but this shit up with delivery charges etc , AO wanted an account set up for £40 to enjoy free shipping etc , obviously it isn't then free , I googled TVs near me and found this excellent company , I emailed my wants and received a very prompt reply ,the TV I wanted was in stock and I placed my order , and I received it at 9am the next day , with a better price than the usual suspects and exceptional delivery time , this is the type of service retailers should strive for but sadly fail ,I know where my next port of call will be next time I need an electrical appliance, I have also told my Daughters of the brilliant service , so a big thank you from me for good old fashioned service

They use awful couriers. Proceed with caution.
TV was never delivered and I wasted two days holiday. Cancelled order and still no apology from the seller. I’d avoid unless you know the courier they are using is trustworthy.

Bought £3k Samsung from this company…
Bought £3k Samsung from this company and within first week failed. Thought it was Amazon I was to call but sent to Samsung by them. After 90 calls to Samsung Technical Support and around 30 back awaiting their response/fix over a prolonged process they said not their responsible as not bought directly from them go to the seller. Contacted Crampton and Moore asking for their help, and they basically said not my problem in so many words, after reading one email from Samsung. I offered all communications since day one from Samsung and Amazon, to see the full picture but again they aren't interested. I asked if Amazon or Samsung ever reached out to them, again not interested. Sent email explaining my Consumer rights act 2015, they laughed. I then sent email asking if they were part of the ADR and again spat in my face.This was a simple issue that wouldn't have cost them anything as a Authorised Samsung retailer they are covered. But instead their down right sheer ignorance, arrogance and assumptions of the little man to roll over and giving up or give in. I'm certain they assume most won't or can't file in court but I have news for them. I will be filing in England where they are registered.

Over many years, I have always had good advice from the staff at the Harrogate store. They are knowledgeable and patient and the prices are always competitive. My latest purchase was an AEG washing machine which developed a spin cycle fault within three weeks of purchase. Within two minutes of explaining the problem, Graham had organised delivery of a replacement machine with installation included.
