I have been a customer of Mubarak at the Middlebrook/Horwich Boot's Hearing Care for over 5 years.
I travel from Sale each time I need to see him as I always get excellent treatment. He is friendly, kind and really helpful. He goes the extra mile and always takes great care to explain everything he is doing.
On the occasions he has not been there Sophie has kindly dealt with me....again a very caring and kind person.
Both are a credit to Boots and deserve a pat on their backs. In this day and age praise goes a long way.
As I was unable to submit this review originally I emailed your CEO but sadly have not had an acknowledgement from either her or her PA

Good customer service helpful pleasant staff

Very professional (but friendly), very patient and very knowledgeable helping me achieve a solution specifically for me. It’s early days but I would certainly recommend Boots audiology for hearing loss solutions. Mubarak & Sophie were especially helpful and worked well as a team - Thank you

Excellent. A very pleasant experience.

Sophie - friendly and determined to unblock my Mum’s ears prior to having her hearing tested . Explained everything very well to my worried and slightly grumpy Mum who really didn’t think she had a hearing problem.
Mubarak - very reassuring and calm approach. Explained all options to my Mum (and me) without a high pressure sell. Appointment felt unhurried and he gave the impression that no question was a stupid one.
Decision to go for hearing aids was very much my Mum’s. The patience shown by Mubarak when teaching how to use and look after the hearing aids was a credit to him.
Result - my Mum can now hear and she’s glad she went to have her hearing sorted by Sophie and Mubarak

After test carried out, hearing aid requirement was demonstrated and various types explained. Walked away with 90 day trial. Went back 10 days later and various sound profiles explained. Had one issue after that which was resolved in just a few hours. Well done team!

Recently attended an audiology review with Mr Mubarak Patel at Boots, Middlebrook, Horwich.
Mr Patel gave me a very professional thorough assessment of my hearing capabilities and advice going forward. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who is having hearing difficulties and requires a successful solution to their problem.

I was seen on my appointment time, everyone a the site is very polite. Mr Mubarak Patel is a very pleasant gentleman who makes you feel at ease.

I attended my annual audiology review today at Boots , Middlebrook Bolton
As usual , my audiologist , Mubarak Patel, was excellent.
He carried out a thorough test and clearly explained everything. He dealt effectively with the issue I was having.
Mubarak is an absolute gentleman who clearly cares about his patients . He exudes the utmost in professionalism.

The hearing care lady Sophie took care of my mums current problems shes been having with her ears. She was very polite and my experience was 10/10

Mr Mubarak was excellent clearly explaining the possibilities and limitations of my hearing loss. After a hearing test he was able to tweak the settings to try to improve Speech aspect of my Starky hearing aids. He was very considerate and gave me a good full examination.

The service was easy to book and convenient appointments readily available. Both Mubarak Patel and Sophie Lowe were very professional and polite, they explained the process clearly and concisely. They gave good advice.

I purchased my hearing aids from Boots in September 2020, and have today been to the store at Middlebrook, Horwich, for them to have their annual check and clean. As always, Mubarak was friendly, professional and thorough in carrying out the review. Over the three years I have had the hearing aids there have been a couple of issues with them, and on each occasion Mubarak has sorted the problems out very quickly. I would highly recommend this service.

Sophie was brilliant helping my nan on her vist, always welcoming and remembering her. Thank you for your great services Sophie keep the good work going ") xxx
