Nobody answering telephone calls. Tried on various numbers also 02920766405 as published on website appears to be wrong as unobtainable. Not a great start having just spent nearly £4000 on new hearing aids. Really not impressed.

Thorough and helpful service.

Excellent service from annual reminder letter, making an appointment online and the test itself. on the latter full explanation about results and options for a hearing aid - fitted within 2 weeks

Very straight forward, everything was explained fully comfortable surroundings, even a trial run outside with aids in before I agreed they were right for me.
