Zero stars really. Connection down for 13 hours. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails or tickets raised on their website. Never a penny compensation or even an apology. Classic rural exploitation racket. No choice but this so awful service. For WTF users a real liability. No replies even on here… speaks volumes.

Internet currently off for 10 days, engineer didnt turn up today. 20minute wait to get an answer on the phone, no one can help repeatedly do not call back. I dont know how they are still in business
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They appear to have left some children in charge of fixing customers problems. Was left with no internet connection for a week due to faulty equipment because "all our engineers are fully booked up doing installations for new customers". Told them I would leave and find a new provider and they replied "that's fine then we will show the problem as resolved!"

No Internet service for 3 and a half weeks including Christmas
After taking a few days to investigate our lack of Internet, a Boundless engineer arrived on 13th December. He advised that no signal was being received from the antenna, and that he didn't carry spares. In good faith we expected that Boundless would respond to the engineer's report.
We called mid the following week to find out that Boundless had done nothing with the engineer's feedback. A message to an engineer was promised.
Another call from us today (20th December) confirmed that NOTHING has been done AGAIN to rectify our lack of Internet. Apparently an engineer can come out on 3rd January.
We only stream music and movies, and we have no backup system. We are unable to connect our phones and laptops to our Internet...
Boundless have credited the account. We don't want the credit, we want our service to be returned within a reasonable time frame.
Very poor!
Update 21/12/24 After the shocking news yesterday that Boundless don't plan to get our Internet back up and running until after Christmas, we called this morning to request an escalation of our problem. We understood that we would get a call back within a couple of hours. We hung around waiting, but no call was received... Boundless Customer Service opening hours seem to be shorter than other providers. I guess that we will now have to wait to see what happens on Monday.

Can't wait till my village has full fibre then I'm off. If you want a reliable service with a UK call centre, look elsewhere.
Boundless internet survey - not helpful at all
Very disappointed with Boundless as it was my only hope of getting half decent internet.
Came in out did the assessment and nope I couldn’t get it. My neighbour has it, but if placed on front of house wouldn’t be able to see the receiver or whatever it is because of the house and tree opposite.
No solution offered absolutely nothing at all even though there are houses in the village with the receiver on the chimney stack ! Thought this was the best option for rural living ? Not helpful at all
Useless
Been on and off for months now. Today absolutely no service all day and they could not say when it might be fixed. Work from home so lost money again thanks to Boundless. Starlink here we come. Shocking service.
Boundless Networks, unable to support customers
I have been a Boundless customer for a few years now with no issues until recently and if I ever had to call them, the matter was dealt with quickly and they seem very efficient. Then last week, Quickline (apparently they have acquired Boundless) visited my property to "future proof" my Wi-Fi. Two days later I lost signal and now on day 5 I am still waiting to hear how this can be resolved.
I have lost count of the number of telephone calls I have made to Boundless, only to be told my case has now been escalated to the correct dept but no one ever rings you back, I seem to be speaking to the same two individuals each time I call and I am getting nowhere.
Basically I have found their whole approach to customer service very poor and to be without any connection (including mobile phone signal as I rely on WiFi calling) for 5 days now without any idea as to when this problem can be resolved, is pretty appalling.
My advice is don't use them, they don't seem to have the resource to support their customers.

I live in a small village having access to the use of this network for my Internet so i chose the middle package so it would cover almost everything i use plus more , and since its been installed I've been having problems, it buffering when trying to stream a movie or just sat on my Facebook, but when you eventually get them to reply " its the firestick " 4 firesticks later the power lead that powers the wifi box blew up, so they sent me a new plug !!! Appalling service and stopped recommending this company to my friends, just paying for a crap service, going back to Vodafone.
Great when it works properly
Download/upload speeds mostly fine, but upload speed sometimes mysteriously drops to 25% of the contracted maximum and stays there until you phone BN to report the problem. This is when it becomes highly frustrating as first line support are practically useless in diagnosing and resolving the issue. I don't think they even bother logging the problem properly, because when second line support phone back some hours later they give you an incorrect understanding of the problem so you then conclude first line support did absolutely nothing about the problem and couldn't even note it down correctly. They have said on more than one occasion that they're "keeping an eye on the connection", but what they really mean is "you need to keep an eye on the connection and then tell us if there's a problem". In summary, fine when things are working, but when they're not, they don't give you much confidence because you don't receive a satisfactory explanation, plus the problem reoccurs.
Also, if you phone out of hours you'll be directed to a secret country for useless assistance. I use the word 'secret' because when I asked where the person with the foreign accent was based, he refused to tell me, citing "data protection". Being an ex-Data Protection Officer I know BS when I smell it and BN must have instructed them not to divulge where they are, presumably to give the impression they're UK-based. Even during the day it seems you're speaking to people in South Africa.

Installed 2 weeks ago and has been faultless so far - speed exactly as promised, no dropouts yet and installed by friendly engineer in awful weather on the day they said.

Signed-up for Boundless Network's 500/500 fibre service, to replace a more expensive service from another broadband provider. Communication has been good throughout. The chaps from CityFibre who installed the service were really nice, and left my home 100% tidy, turning-up on time. Thus far, the connection has been stable, although I only seem to get the full 500/500 service on one of my computers connected directly to the router using Ethernet. The other connections via wireless are fast enough though. The only thing that I'm waiting for boundless to sort-out is the refund of my £30 set-up fee, as I registered for the service before it was available in my area. I have had some dealings with technical support who were all over a minor problem that I reported like a rash, which was quickly sorted. Based on my experiences so far, I'd definitely recommend Boundless for those wanting to sign-up to its fibre service.

Just started with Boundless on optic fibre by city fibre, the customer service was great and installed on time with great internet speed up and down. Only issue I had was dealt with in great time and from midnight to 7am was then back on line and no issue since . So far it’s been great and reliable

We have been with Boundless over 10 years and to be fair it has been a decent service..
But the last four or six weeks have been painfull with no explanation. A regular Intermittent service... not good when you work from home. BT are now in the area so looks like we will be moving on ....
Great connection speeds and awesome customer and technical help.
I signed up with Boundless Networks a couple of weeks ago and the customer service and technical help has been awesome. After struggling with a different ISP for 3 month with no connection and getting nowhere with their technical help, I switched to Boundless and got regular calls to check in, and the Boundless technical team sorted the connection in a couple of days. Great work by the Boundless team!

Unbelievable service from a company…
Unbelievable service from a company that clearly prides itself on customer service. We've been with them less than a month and had calls to ensure everything working as expected, helping to ensure broadband speeds are correct and asking if they can help. It's a stark contrast to the more established broadband providers we've used previously who lock you into lengthy contracts and ignore you. I'd happily recommend Boundless to anyone who wishes to consider them as an alternative to the major broadband providers. Oh by the way they're cheaper too!!
