Didn't arrive on time and wrong product shipped
I ordered a top hat that I needed for a show on Wednesday. I paid for express shipping so I would receive it on Tuesday. Not only did it not arrive on time, when it did arrive on Saturday (4 days late), it was the wrong product! I'd give you a ZERO if that were an option!

The mask were not child size as advertised . They were flimsy I had to glue foam strips in them to keep them from sagging inward .

The bad and the good.
Not crazy about the materials used in one costume. The other costume was supposed to be a midievil viking cape, but instead I got a Harley Quinn costume. Customer service responded promptly and is correcting the issue. I will buy from them again.
