EDIT: Customer service got in contact and I have received a shipping notice. They have express posted the item due to the unknown delay (stocking perhaps?). I appreciate the genuine effort by Caire to identify my issue and reduce the inconvenience.

Purchased an item. Initially received no shipping notification. Did not respond to any email queries if item has been shipped after expected shipping date. No response to online chat support (waited over 1 hour).

The ironic thing about this is the statements on their website:
"we don't disappear after checkout", "you never need to chase twice", "no vague updates. no waiting games" "actual humans. response-time guarantees. You'll never chase us"

This is simply a test.

Loved it! Amazing and highly recommended

I’m always wary of online stores…. too many scams these days. But Caire had real reviews and actually messaged me personally to confirm shipping. That’s never happened before. Impressed.

i did all the overthinking, checked reddit, all of it.
they came after 6 days and they’re absolutely real.
save yourself the 48hr spiral. yes there birks

It was okay i guess.

ok so i ordered these and then saw the shipping said GERMANY and freaked out lol. waited 6.5 days total. nearly messaged them like 3 times.
but they arrived, i checked everything (stitching, footbed, serial etc) and they’re real. even showed my mate who works at general pants.
so yeah, real site, shoes are good, just slow shipping. don’t panic like i did 😂

HEYY everyone!! GOTTA SAY I WAS STRESSING!! Thought I got scammed because it said it was coming from GERMANY??
But lo and behold the shoes ARRIVED!! 7 DAYS later, not 5 like they said, but still!!
I took them to the shop near me and the man said they’re REAL!!
So I’m telling all my girls, THIS SITE IS LEGIT!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one might help someone. I’m 42, have bought my fair share of tech online, and I’m always cautious.. especially with anything branded and discounted. Looked into CAIRE for a while before buying. Their site seemed genuine, the reviews looked real, and the Trustpilot profile helped.

Ordered a pair of AirPods for my daughter.. arrived in about 6 days. Slight delay from what was promised, but the customer service team responded quickly and politely when I followed up. Product is authentic Warranty is via their own system, not AppleCare, but they were clear about that from the start... no surprises.

All in all, a trustworthy business doing things properly. Will likely buy again.
