I would have given 5 stars but I find their excellent quality buds are very very expensive when you're a big time smoker. I always use free shipping and usually have my parcel within the 3 days. I am glad to tell this website is my #1 choice when it comes to ordering my flowers and concentrates. Lots of choices available for different budget, i like the budget section. This section has discounted quality flowers, but at a very good price, as low as 60$ sometimes. They never compromise quality over profit, ALL their products are worth trying. I am a customer for the past 4 years and it was always safe, always reliable and practical. Quick customer services and the parcel are sent the next day of the order.

Great products as far as I've seen only been disappointed in the shatter I've ordered once but was still better then overpriced stuff they sell near me. Just placed another order hopefully as satisfied with this order as the last one I had ordered.

I've ordered three ounces at a time every two months for almost a year now. I order quads for the most part and have been very happy with the product. So far Death Tuna and Bruce Banner are my favourites although the Holy Grail I received recently give them a good run for the money. Distressed to hear so many had a bad experience, my mileage has been much better.

Cannawholesalers people made a mistake twice in a row and will not take accountability for sending my package to not only the wrong address twice but the wrong Provance entirly. I wasout $500 bucks this Christmas because of these peices of trash that wont repay or otherwise compensate me for their mistakes. I live in Trenton Nova Scotia, NOT London Ontairo. Thanks for the financial crisis I a two or three year customter that spent thousands here over the years. Nobody trust these people. Find a new mail order site and save yourself money and hardship. Ill be leaving reviews elseware online aswell so these cockbags lose as much as i can possibly help even if its not many i can infulence.. its worth it.

I paid for their "high quality" weed and it was some of the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. And I've been smoking for a loooooong time.

Further from that, their website says customer satisfaction is important but that is absolutely not true. I informed them of their low quality product and my dissatisfaction and they told me to take my business elsewhere.

I'm actually surprised at how unbelievably bad the experience was. It could not have been worse. The product and the customer service was as bad as I've ever encountered.

They simply do not deserve business.

this company was all about the customer service and on time delivery for the first two years I dealt with them however in the last 6 months it has gone to hell they don't abide by their own policy of lost parcels being replaced after 5 days I had to wait 21 days before they would refund they don't refund they just give you store credit and just today I placed an order paying $55 for Purolator weekend delivery and they sent it out Canada Post I contacted them on their chat and they say we'll have to contact you through email which I doubt I will even get this weekend this company needs some restructuring

I haven't received my ounce as promised so I contacted them and so far I'm only receiving brutal responses with no care for customer service and all the blame going on Canada Post. I asked for a refund and they told me they don't give refunds and told me that they say so on the FAQ page ... that's ridiculous!!!!! I'm very unhappy with these folks. I'll report back to let everyone know how they helped remedy the situation.

So it's September 7, 2020 now and after much back and forth and having them open a service ticket for me with Canada Post (who did nothing despite me sending them 5 emails and leaving 6 voice messages), they are now willing to resend me my order, unfortunately through Canada Post again. They did offer me an option of Purolator but I couldn't take it because of my rural address but it is very cost prohibitive at $50.00. I'll let everyone know when and if it actually arrives. At this point I will say that being tenacious seemed to help an awful lot but I guess time will tell. I will keep everyone posted.

Success as of today, September 11, 2020 when my weed arrived in my post box. Cannawholesalers gave me a 100% credit. I had to purchase a difference strain but oh well. After a lot of effort on my part and insisting on them making it right they did. Canada Post is the ultimate culprit here as they never did deliver my first order and likely never will. I appreciate that it sucks for CannaWholesalers that Canada Post let us both down but in the end there was no way I was walking away from a $160.00 purchase. A happy ending after a lot of leg work.

Don't buy from them. They sent me a defective product and then refused a refund. They gave me a "coupon code" on their site instead. Also blamed me for ordering too much at once when I literally only ordered 8 grams. Terrible scam company.

Stole $600 from me. Don't buy bulk from anything over $100 you can't get back if it does happen . I was with them a little over 6mo until buying small until I thought they were okay, third bulk order in got an empty box. Canada Post can't do anything. They elude all responsibility. Wish I seen this site before I jumped on. Don't buy bulk. Keep it under $100 or you will be scammed eventually.
