Ordered as a gift, mats were packed and delivered super fast. The quality of the mats are amazing they are super thick and hard wearing and I would definitely recommend!

The mats supplied for my Niro were a perfect fit and of good quality at a third of the price of the the genuine Kia items.
They were delivered in 2 batches and when I queried this, thinking that part of the order had been missed, I received a rapid and courteous reply.

Bit of a follow on from my Evri review as turns out Car Mats UK use Evri's services. Evidently my car mats were dispatched last Wednesday as far as Evri who are too incompetant to deliver them are concerned. Car Mats when contacted yesterday claimed the mats took 9 days to make that my actual mats were on day 6. Funny as now they claim they are dispatched. Lucky for me I paid with Paypal as they are my next port of call as I start a claim to get refunded. Paypal will contact both parties, once they discover both companies ineptitude ha ha they will automatically refund me. Then I can take my business elsewhere and inform as many of the thousands of people I know on various social media groups to do likewise.

Great experience with customer service, the Matts were perfect

I ordered and paid just over GBP 30 for a specific boot mat for my Lexus IS250C Convertible on 3rd August 2025. A few days later (+/- 6th August) I received delivery of a car mat, but it was in fact for a Lexus IS250 Sedan. These mats differ in size and shape.

For almost 2 weeks now I have engaged with them to replace the incorrect mats they delivered to me, however I have been challenged to provide them photos of "the mat not fitting in the boot" to prove it doesn't fit and other irrelevant details on a few occasions.

I have explained to them that I am on holiday in the UK for 2 months and the car is in South Africa. I have sent them photos of the 2 different mats shapes from the website pointing out the difference between the two mats.

I provided them with the copy of my order and invoice, the label and barcode from the incorrect mat they delivered and also a photo of my actual cars' boot that I had a friend in SA drive a round trip of 80 kms to take for me, to further show them the correct shape.

Strangely our emails correspondence over the 1st week "disappeared" from my email last week and they maintain they have no record of the previous correspondence either, this is impossible.

I then started another query/complaint under a new reference "Reference 155443" on 12th August, again I got the same "robot" answers to provide photos - WHICH I DID AGAIN immediately!
This was again responded to with the same irrelevant requests for photos!

I then raised a complaint and a further follow up under the same reference (Reference 155443) again requesting the escalation of my complaint to a senior person to phone me to gain resolution.

I have demanded they provide me with the correct boot mat I ordered and paid for, it should not be my responsibility to provide proof to them of their own mistake - which they can easily see if they check their own "paperwork"!

The issue was resolved last week amicably and promptly by their representative Kody, who had originally contacted me but had been away on 2 weeks leave. He could share is skills with colleagues on just how to treat and resolve customer problems.

I ordered front and rear matts hard wearing they were falling to bits from the get go after 2
Months I had to bin them appalling quality will never order from again.

Appalling service, no comms, no interest. They dont answer the phone, their email doesn't work and i eventually claimed back through PayPal. Bizarrely after i had done that i received an email with a tracking number, a number i must add that wasn't recognised. Avoid at all cost.

As many are saying avoid at all costs. These people are fools with no business sense.
No customer services.
No telephone numbers.
An email address they have no intentions of using.

I got my bank to pay me back as no delivery, no feedback and absolutely nothing.

If this was a legitimate business then they would run it as a business. Absolute cowboys...

Take your money and put you through a load of hassle and stress.
