My father purchased a “Zephymote V2” and received a completely different weather station with a German name. After 3 weeks of canned emails (on top of waiting for 6 weeks) the company will not exchange/replace /refund the item - despite acknowledging they do not even sell this particular item. It is apparent that they are not the reliable company that backs their product as advertised. Item was purchased 6/13/26 and arrived 7/21/26. My 85 year old father ask me to help install and I noticed was not same unit. Box, which had no parking slip or order confirmation (received online) was destroyed, but every computer generated reply acknowledges it is not the correct item

I got scammed!

I intended to purchase Viboneza swim headphones, but instead received a generic, unbranded box shipped from China. The headphones wouldn’t even charge.

When I contacted customer service, they told me it would take **two days** to email me setup instructions because none were included in the box. That was over a week ago. I’ve followed up multiple times and have received no response.

Based on my experience, this appears to be a bait-and-switch. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a reputable seller like Shokz instead.

I purchased a pair of outdoor rock speakers and when they arrived three weeks later they didn't work as description. Tried numerous locations and spacing as said and NOT responding. After two weeks of back and forth with customer service my claim was cleared for a full refund. NOW HERE IS THE CATCH! I need to return the pair of speakers and pay for postage to CHINA. The cost of postage is more than the speakers are worth. Don't buy ANYTHING from this website. Total rip off ...

Ordered a Postrixmer Posture support for myself, not realizing this was coming from China. Seems like a decent product but they shippd me a size small, not a medium. I am trying to return it for a full refund ($59.00), but I will be charged shipping from the USA to China. They offered a 15% refund, but that will not even cover the retuen fee.

I was not satisfied with my purchase and wanted to return it. I was going back and forth with customer service (I’m not convinced it was a real person) and I was told I was being transferred to a different level to process my return. That was a couple of weeks ago and after messaging my initial contact 3 times since I have been completely ignored.
Avoid this company.

Complete scam. The Edgymux string trimmer I bought from their very professional website with high trust-pilot scores, was junk and broke the first time I used it. They were quick to respond to my first request for a refund but requested pictures which I sent the day they were asked for. From there I was told they "would review and send me return/refund directions". Then they disappeared. I am working with my credit card company to fight the charge.

Scam. Ordered a jetwave which came used without a battery. They wanted me to send it back to China and they would reinburse the high shipping costs. Of course they didn’t and like most people have noticed, they no longer return emails. Stay away stay away

I ordered a white noise machine and it never charged. As asked I sent pictures and videos. We will contact you within 2 days. After 4 weeks I am still waiting. The most corrupt and crooked company I ever dealt with.

Horrible customer service. Sold defaulted doorbell camera. USB-C plug falls out and unable to charge.

Certomax is really Unitrade Digital Pte. Ltd located in China. Their SnifRect Hidden Camera Detector did not work and gave false alerts. My communication was with AI that did not answer my concerns or escalate my request. After 13 days and about 13 e-mails, I still was unable to get a refund for their product although their website claimed "Money-Back Promise. Easy returns and refunds if you're not completely happy" First they offered to send me another product (which I didn't want) and a 15% refund. Then after multiiple e-mails they finally said I need to return their electronic product to Jinhua, China (with a 30% refund and the 70% would be refunded once the product was returned), not Vernon, CA, the original place my product was shipped from. It's just a scam website that recently popped up. Fortunately, I payed with Pay Pal who refunded my purchase almost immediately after PP received my request and e-mails with the company.
The product I ordered was labeled as AK500 Intelligent Detector and when I asked why I received that instead of a SnifRect they replied 'that they are a manufacturing line and market our products under several brand names.' Buyer beware!
