My dog loves the Wickedbone toy. Our original one we bought had battery issue after one year of ownership and light play where it would not charge or turn on. We reached out to support and they were very accommodating even though it was past the warranty period and we received a replacement without any resistance. Really appreciated the outcome of the resolution.

I support this brand - great quality pet toys and the customer service was above par. Both are not easy to find these days! Would definitely purchase from Cheerble again.

We got the wicked rolly and the motor died after only 2 days of usage.

Made a purchase a few weeks ago. Bought the wicked ball rolly and the wicked ball air. Both are exceptional dog toys with pros and cons. The wicked ball rolly is by far my dogs favourite with the cute little barks it voices and the spinning ropes and rolling around the house. It’s very stimulating so he can only use it for 15mins at a time. Battery life on the rolly is short, however not a problem as we only do short plays then put it back on charge. The quality of components is th best I’ve seen of any dog toy. The other reason we supervise and only allow short plays with the rolly is the rubber like coating on this compared the the wicked air is softer and not as dense so can be torn up easier. The wicked ball air is incredible quality but doesn’t have the cool bark feature like the rolly. Battery life is 4 times better than the rolly. This toy also has a dense outer shell that my dog has done zero damage to even unsupervised (note he’s a mini schnauzer) so it’s not all dogs proof. I love how the ball can go in to rest mode but can be reactivated back to play mode by moving it. I was surprised by the bounce it creates when active. It rolls around the room with plenty of power.
About my experience with the support team. They sent an email to offer a refer a friend with a discount link. Link glitched out and the support team have worked on a solution and been nothing short of amazing to deal with. Since I have purchased two more wicked ball rolly’s and three spare outer shells with the discount code as I am giving these as gifts to a close friend and one for the mother in law (both also have mini schnauzers) and a spare outer shell for them and one for us.

Can’t praise the product or company enough. Get around it

I have a 100lb labradoodle that loves ropes and playtime. I bought the wicked ball rolly as something that could entertain him while I'm working. The toy does great. He throws it up in the air and catches it, pulls it back after it runs away, and will bark at it when it starts making barking sounds. The usb-c connectivity makes it easy to charge without adding a new charger on the wall.

I received a gift of a snail toy that my cat loved but it wasn't working to charge! I reached out to Cheerble and even though I didn't have a receipt, they still are sending me a replacement. It has been a great customer service process and I felt like I was being listened to and that they cared about assisting. Would definitely buy from again!

My kittens love all things rolling. They've enjoyed soft small, pom balls, hard balls, fabric covered balls so I was looking for something different. They're almost a year old now but their personalities couldn't be more different. Oliver was a bit cautious but his brave sister, Penelope, showed him it wasn't to be feared. I have vinyl flooring so this works well in my home. Hope the battery lasts

Had a piece missing on the ball,they were fast to respond,replacing the ball no charge.Does not get any better than this,thanks Elaine.

I love the Wicked Ball Rolly, my dog is absolutely obsessed with it! Additionally, their customer service was top notch, they got back to me in a timely manner and were beyond helpful! Cannot recommend them enough.

i ordered a cat toy that didn’t work that well on my carpet (which was advertised but i thought i’d give it a shot). reached out to customer service who was very helpful and gave me many options. i chose to get a replacement toy free of charge which i wasn’t expecting them to even offer. great customer service and super cute and interactive toys!

We ordered 2 interactive toys for Christmas for our daughter's 2 dogs. Unfortunately, they got lost in the mail and did not arrive. Cheerble promptly sent another set of toys, which arrived quickly and in great shape. They toys were a hit and the customer service was outstanding.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I backed their Drinkie Water Fountain on Kickstarter in 2022 and have yet to receive a refund. The last email regarding their product was November 2024, radio silence since. We as backers were promised refunds but still have not received them and are into 2026. Very poor customer service, I've messaged for follow ups and have heard nothing.

The quality of the toys are amazing, customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this brand to those who have active furry friends!!

After ordering my cats the wicked duo for Christmas, I was disappointed after the toy started malfunctioning just a few days later. I reached out to the support team at Cheerble and they replied quickly and were both friendly and helpful (they’re sending a replacement). My cats are anxiously awaiting the replacement, because the Cheerble wicked duo is awesome and really entertained them.

My dog loves the Wicked Ball Rolly! The toy is designed in a way that he can keep himself entertained for ages and he also loves to play tug of war with me.

Unfortunately their Kickstarter campaign went wrong. I'm usually very patient with Kickstarter campaigns, especially after COVID. But taking money and then never refund the people is not a good idea. I truly believed in this project but after 4 years now it just looks like a scam. Nobody ever answered my emails for asking after a refund. Don't trust this company.
