I backed Cheerble’s Drinkie project on Kickstarter in January 2022, and after years of delays, they announced the project was scrapped and refunds would be issued. It’s now November 2025, and I’ve received no refund and no communication from the company. Their last Kickstarter update was November 10, 2024, and since then they’ve gone completely silent.

I’m out almost $300 and have lost all trust in this company. Cheerble has shown zero accountability or transparency. I would strongly advise others not to trust or support them until they make things right with their original backers.

It’s my cats’ favorite fountain but it was having issues with the warning light going on stopping the motion sensor. In contact with their CS team who was super responsive and helpful. Sent me instructions on a possible fix and it worked! Even followed up with me multiple times to ensure issue was fixed. Really excellent customer service and still my cats’ favorite fountain the Elfin!

FRAUDULENT! Dishonest company! STOLE MONEY via Kickstarter on a campaign, with added extras! at a later date - but failed to produce the product altogether in the end. They promised to refund everyone, but never did. Request after request, multiple emails... nothing. SUCH A FRAUD of a company. DO NOT BUY anything from them.

I had a problem with the dog toy no longer operating, and they were very responsive, and are sending a replacement.

Ran a Kickstarter campaign but couldn’t produce the product. Promised refunds, but never actually refunded despite making us jump through hoops to put in a request. They essentially stole the money then went quiet. Do not trust them with your money!

Received the Cheerble dog toy (ball) and our dog loves playing with it. I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that a power charging cord was not shipped with the ball and took more than a month to have it shipped to me. Otherwise works as stated.

We ordered the Wicked Ball Air for our dog and have been so impressed! She plays rough and destroys most toys within minutes. We bought an interactive toy from a different company and she broke it almost immediately. After that, I began looking for a chew resistant interactive toy and came across Cheerble. Their customer service is excellent and the ball is very well constructed. Highly recommend!

Cheerble ran a campaign on kickstarter that they marked as successful, but the product never materialized and they never fulfilled the rewards. They went silent after November 10, 2024 (their last empty promise to refund) and all told collected $388,000 from their victims.

They should not enjoy a trustworthy rating.

Great engaging ball to play with for our dogs! They stand by their products as well, unfortunately after a lot of use I can into a small problem but customer service was very quick to remedy the issue!

My pup loves it! I wasn't sure if he would be into but he loves when it runs away from him and then when it starts bouncing he attacks it haha. Super quick and easy delivery.

We recently got the smaller Cheerble for our cocker spaniel. My dog loved the motion so much she would put it in her mouth then drop it and let it bounce and spin. A very unusual and fun toy!

I accidentally ordered the wrong product and Cheerble was so quick to respond and is sending me the correct product ASAP! Thank you Cheerble for being a respectable company!

What a game changer!!
Our 10 month old Collie absolutely loves this ball. We have only used the 2 lower settings so far, and these are more than adequate. It behaves slightly differently on different surfaces which seems to add to her enjoyment! She runs up and barks at it if it doesn't move!
She fell asleep after 30 minutes which is really rare for her.
It is definitely her favourite toy!

Great exchange interaction with Cheerbie! Their customer service team was friendly and professional, making the exchange process smooth and simple. I received generic but clear instructions about the entire process. While I value quick responses and resolutions, I wish my communication had felt more personalized instead of like a automated reply. Overall, my experience was excellent, and Cheerbie genuinely prioritized my satisfaction. I will definitely return here again.

I have been buying the wicked ball for my 4 year old Shi tzu . She is so addicted to it . We have to give her the ball so she’ll eat . So she gets it for about 30 minutes at lunch and she’ll place the ball by her food bowl and she watches it while she eats . If it moves more than 10 inches away she will grab it and set it back by her food bowl and continue eating . She gets to play with it in the evening longer for about 1-2 hours . She loves to put it under a blanket or in her bed then root under the blanket to find it and try to flip it off . She’s very entertaining while she’s playing with her ball . She has been playing with this ball every day for about 3 years or more . When she gets tired she will sit and push it to me with her nose and then I roll it back to her we do this for about 5 minutes then she takes off playing with it again . Customer service is great ! Quick responses and issue is taking care of right away . They have replaced the inner piece because of battery issues . It’s not junk , my dog just wears it out by playing every day with it .

Products are of high quality and cat loves all the toys (Mouse , Snail and Laser Collar)

I ordered the Wicked Ball W1 for my pup. She loved it for a bit then would lose interest after about 10 minutes. She finally got to where she was destroying the shell. I went on the website to order another shell and couldn’t get it to ship to me. I wrote to the company and due to some unforeseen issues they had suspended shipping from their international supplier. They offered to ship me a Wicked Ball Air as a substitute. I said yes, although wasn’t sure how I would feel about my pup getting another and maybe not being entertained. BOY! WAS I MISTAKEN! She loves this new ball. Now given you need to crank it closed pretty tight so it doesn’t unscrew, but she is fanatical about it. She plays so long with it I have to take it away so she can recuperate. lol

I just want to thank the team at Cheerble for making it right when I couldn’t replace the shell on my other Wicked Ball. I guess if your pet doesn’t happen to like the one you get then maybe it’s just not the right one to get them interactive and interested.
