I got 2 toys from Cheerble for my dog: the wickedbone and one of the wicked balls. I didn't read carefully enough about the material the bone is made from, and I realized that my dog tends to pick up and drop toys. He is tall enough that it would probably break after a few drops from his height.

The shipping took a long time and the tracking from the Shop app wasn't very helpful, but they ship all the way from China so I guess that makes it harder.

I reached out to customer service for a return of the bone, and they were so wonderful. Their replies were considerate and kind! I chose to keep my wicked ball, which my dog loves, though I decided I wanted to return the bone.

Overall I was most impressed with the customer service.

Bearing in mind your dogs play style, if they aren't a heavy chewer and aren't prone to throwing/dropping toys from their mouths, I would say this is a very neat set of toys. The company seems dedicated to maintaining a good reputation and taking care of customers.

I have ordered a few things from Cheerble and have been happy with the quality of their products. My cat really enjoys the toys, and the water fountain too.
Recently I emailed them with an enquiry and Elaine was quick to respond and very helpful.
Dispatch and delivery has been very good too.

I purchesed the Wickedbone smart bone for my rottweiller, he absolutely loves it and can play until he is worn out. one of the best toys i have got for him.
i needed to ask Cheerble something and the response was quick and helpful.

I tried to order a ball. Neither PayPal or Visa worked. I asked for help and was ignored. Customer service non-existent. However a combination of a public holiday and a system glitch meant that I was a bit over-reactive. 07/4/2025 I found that they had a link with Amazon and ordered on from Amazon with a simple instructions. 09/4/2025 And now I have the Wicked ball the dog LOVES it. It does all it says it does, this is a fantastic toy. The service I have received from the team at Cheerble been amazing. I would score them 10 out of 5 if I could!

My Aussie was not interested in any toys i bought (she is a 3yr old rescue)so i thought i would try the wicked ball and wicked bone she loves them both especially the wicked bone unfortunately she was able to get one end loose and chewed the end making it not function correctly i contacted support (Elaine ) and received a response within 24 hrs and was told they would be sending me a replacement free of charge! If all businesses had this same model of customer service it would definitely make shopping less stressful and enjoyable. Thank You Elaine (and Cheerble). Marty Otterness

I bought the Wicked ball and my dogs love it. They take it from each other all the time. My puppy is a chewer and so far has managed to not destroy the outer cover. I bought the Wickedbone and they are more mesmerized by it and it is fun to watch them chase it. So far great products but I do recommend supervising. My puppy has managed to unscrew the ball and the Wickedbone has replacement ends for a reason. Quality and service have been great from Cheerble. I will probably get another Wickedball so each dog can have their own.

Amazing customer service. Originally ordered the Wicked Air Ball, unfortunately my dog was fixated on unscrewing the ball almost immediately. When I reported the issue, the customer service rep recommended the Wicked PE ball, which doesn’t unscrew, and sent the new model as a replacement. The product is well made and my dog really enjoys the PE model!

Excellent service! The inner core of our Wicked Egg stopped working. I wrote about my problem to Elaine at Cheerble Support Team and it was determined that I needed a new center core. Elaine is going to send me a replacement.

I never received the Candy Brush.
US customs has changed (thanks Trump) and the Candy Brush is with our USPS on its way. Cheerble reached out this morning to explain the delay. They also offered to send me an "Ice Cream Ball" as a replacement for the M3 ball that was too loud for my delicate little girly-girl cat.
These are great toys distributed by an obviously great company Cheerble. They will respond to compliments as well as complaints, and they will go out of thier way to make things right. Just try to remember that "day time" in the U.S. is "night time" in china and we all need to sleep :)

The Wicked Ball SE is the perfect size for my 25 pound dog. It’s fun to see my dog interact with the ball and move around.

The material is very fragile and was easily broken in the first play session (other cheap play balls usually last for months). The product is also easily unscrewed and pops open while our dog plays with it, even if we tighten the ball fully.

The response from customer service was swift and very helpful. My pup loves his new toy!!

I bought the Wicked Ball version of their product assuming it would roll like all other products but it would only bounce. I reached out to customer service and they said the one I wanted was the Wicked Air product and offered to ship me one free of charge in exchange for a company review. Based on Customer Service 5/5.

This is a very attractive product with simple packaging, and ease of use. My dog is very entertained.

Great product, got this for my dog as a christmas gift. Love it, I will be exchanging it for the small ball only because the regular size ball is a little to big for my dog (Dachshund). And for her I need it a little smaller.

I recently gave a 1 star review to Cheerble and want to withdraw my comments. First, my reason for the 1st review: We ordered the Wicked bone on Dec. 5 and was expecting a confirmation that our order was received. The payment was received so I panicked. I contacted the company and they contacted me immediately. The mistake was on my part and I take full responsibility. I do wish the Cheerble company would send a confirmation notice and thus the reason for the 4-stars review.

Now for the true review. This toy is so creative and we all have so much fun, (dog included) watching our dog play with the Wickedbone Smart Bone! This is a high quality, durable product that charges on usb and runs on an app. The parent has the choice to run a manual program or automatic that activates when touched. Sometimes there is a delay, but we found the delay sometimes catches our dog off guard. I worry about his chewing the ends or "tires", but if that's the case, we have the option to buy replacements. We have ZERO regrets on this product and highly recommend the Wickedbone Smart Bone for your dog!

I received a Wicked Bone as gift and it had a problem. (Will not connect to app). I raised a ticket with the team and Elaine Chen has been very helpful. They have sent me a replacement very quickly. They stand by their product.
